|4.91km from city centerThis location is in the nicer side of Phoenix. It was very clean and comfortable. After hours, you must use your room key to even enter the lobby, so it felt really safe. The rooms are really spacious and cozy. The beds have a dial that you can choose how soft or firm you would like it, which I thought was super cool. The shower was also really nice! I normally dislike hotel showers because they never have good water pressure or get cold quick. We had our own balcony with a nice view of the beautiful pool. The pool was heated and has a nice waterfall and bonfire at night. There’s vending machines and food and drinks for order in the lobby. It’s also super close to a ton of restaurants and stores. Over all everything was really nice. I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Phoenix!

|14.48km from city centerI think it is equivalent to Holiday Inn Express + in China, and certainly not as good as Courtyard by Marriott in China. The rooms and bathrooms of this Courtyard are big and new, and the hygiene is very good. What I am not used to is that they do not provide disposable slippers (toothbrush and toothpaste need to be asked for), but there are ironing boards, irons, and hair dryers. The room hygiene is indeed not cleaned every day, and I asked the room service for clean towels on the second night. In addition, the hotel is next to the highway, so it is best not to arrange a room facing the highway, but it is indeed very convenient to get on the highway. It is also good not to have to pay for parking, saving money!

Meanwhile, he informed the duty ***ager to help me. The duty ***ager took my key and went to the car. and He helped me to start the car. When I arrived at the hotel half hour later, the reception asked me to talk with the duty ***ager. and the Gentle*** was so nice , and he lead me to the house keeping office and handed me the bag. It contains customer name cards and my ID cards, I am really very grateful. thanks to the hotel staff ! Thanks to the hotel

I loved all the techy touches like the numerous USB ports for charging devices, cool accent lighting throughout and even Bluetooth speaker built in to the bathroom mirror! We enjoyed the bar/restaurant in the lobby although they only serve breakfast and dinner and prices a little hhigh it was worth it. the only thing I have to complain about is the location... it's very close to desert ridge shopping but is awkwardly located were gps gets confused and takes you thru several parking lots and a round about. other than location it's a 10!!
