The room size was just adequate. There was no ventilation in the bathroom. Breakfast was abundant and the views were great, plus there's an infinity pool. The only downsides are its distance from the city center and the lack of a subway station – only a bus stop. They are very friendly towards foreigners, but not so much towards Chinese nationals.

The hotel’s location is excellent, with both the bus station and the MRT station just a short walk away. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. A special thank you to Yen, who made our stay truly memorable. She was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. She kindly arranged an early check-in for us and even gave us a room with a beautiful view. Her outstanding service made our trip even more enjoyable and filled our stay with happiness. I stayed for three nights, and overall, it felt clean and quiet. The staff were polite. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast, and the hairdryer in the bathroom wasn't powerful enough and would automatically stop after a short use. The hotel's location is convenient for transportation. I would consider staying here again if I have the chance.

The accommodation is very conveniently located right next to Lavender MRT Station and is easy to get to from the airport. There are also plenty of food options around the accommodation,very convenient for tourists. And easy to travel to various tourist attractions from the hotel as well. The staff are friendly, cheerful, and provide excellent service. As for the room, it is reasonably priced and offers good value for money—not too much, but not too little either🩷

A hotel was neat and clean. The room was exactly as pictured online. It's about a 15-minute drive from the airport. The noodle shop to the left of the hotel exit was pretty good. To get to the city center, you can walk about 10 minutes from the hotel to catch a bus; it takes around 25 minutes to reach attractions like the Merlion. Several bus lines go through the central area, so you usually don't have to wait long. From there, you can take your time strolling and enjoying the Marina Bay Sands view. Big shout-out to Trip.com for their super convenient airport pick-up process via the app. I found my driver right away based on their info. No need to worry about not finding a 6-seater car at 3 AM. Both the pick-up and drop-off services used a 14-seater vehicle.

Traveling to Singapore as a family of four, with two adults, a 10-year-old, and a 4-year-old. We booked a room for three (the younger child stayed free) without breakfast included. (Breakfast was almost 500 baht per person, so it was much cheaper to eat breakfast sets at places like Yakun, Toast Box, or Fun Toast – we'd order three sets and share.) The room size was perfect; we could lay out four 20-inch suitcases on the floor without blocking the walkway. There was one king bed and one single bed, which was enough for us. The air conditioning was comfortably cool, and there was a TV, WiFi, a hot water dispenser, and a cold water dispenser with unlimited drinking water. The fridge had absolutely no cooling power, haha, but it was just enough to keep some drinks cool. Definitely don't store fresh food in it. The bathroom had a hot water shower, a hairdryer, towels, hair towels, and soap/shampoo – all complete. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the Orchard area, with department stores, food courts, and convenience stores all within easy walking distance for young children. Getting around was also very convenient, whether by MRT or booking a taxi through Grab. Check-in was at 2 PM, and we could leave our luggage after check-out at 12 PM. We stayed for 4 nights, and the price was 19,000+ baht, which we considered not expensive for a 3-4 star hotel in this area. We visited all the places according to our plan.

I checked in at around 11:30 p.m. and was hoping to go straight to sleep after taking a shower, but I couldn't fall asleep until 3:30 a.m. because of persistent itching on my back and an uncomfortable pillow. I finally managed to sleep from about 4:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m., but then I was awakened by the sound of motorcycles racing outside. Overall, my stay was not restful, and I would not recommend this hotel.

The lady on duty on the Singapore public holiday after the National Day was a bit crafty. Wanted to charge us $100 for checking in at 14h00, one hour earlier than official checkin. The notices on the counter clearly mentioned it cost $25 for a one hour early checkin. We did not request an early checkin. Then came the carrot. The same lady offered one room with 4 beds instead of the two rooms we had booked with free early checkin. Nice try, but we were not falling for that old trick. My wife is Chinese and she sniffed a rat in that deal instantly when she realised we would be giving up a second bathroom and some privacy of interleading doors between the two rooms we had booked. Pretty sneaky lady that receptionist Very convenient location along the river. Hotel has a leisure pool for a casual dip. Coffee and tea in the room, even a kettle but you guessed it, the only hotel I have ever stayed at that does not provide bottled water in the room. Msybe they thought the river is close enough to fill the kettle
