|0.95km from city centerThe location of the hotel is very good, but there is no front desk staff, so you need to call to get in; it is similar to a B&B, close to Chinatown (lots of Chinese restaurants and grocery stores) and the Ontario Museum of Art, and not far from the University of Toronto and a bustling shopping mall; the hotel is a The two-story villas (all on this street) look nice from the outside, but the rooms inside are small and the furniture and facilities are simple. There is only a small refrigerator, no hot water kettle or other heating equipment, and no toiletries. The service staff are Chinese and relatively easy to talk to.

|0.64km from city centerThe hotel’s location is excellent – an easy train ride from the airport to downtown, and just a 10-minute walk from the station. There’s a Starbucks right across the street, which was very convenient.
On the evening of check-in, there was live music in the lobby, creating a lively, vibrant atmosphere. The room itself was spacious with great amenities, including a stovetop and kitchenware, allowing us to make breakfast and simple meals – a rare and much-appreciated feature! The shower was great, and soundproofing was well done.
The only minor issue was that I couldn’t connect my computer to the TV screen for easier work setup. The screen mirroring feature didn’t work, and the connecting cable was quite short, but since it wasn’t essential, I didn’t contact the front desk.
Overall, a wonderful stay – 4.5/5!

The housekeeper not clean well when I arrived, still leftover the previous guest garbage in ice bucket, stocking package was left in the drawer and no shower math for the first night

Take the UP Express from Pearson Airport to Union Station for three stops, then transfer to the subway for two stops to Queen Station, and walk for three or four minutes. Walk through the Eaton Center to the City Hall. Behind the hotel is Haidilao, which is really delicious and affordable compared to Western food. Dundas Square, Miniature Canada, and the cheap supermarket Dollarama are also four or five minutes away on foot. It is also very convenient to take the tram to the attractions. After 7 o'clock, go to Burger King behind the hotel for breakfast, and you can also get drinking water. The room is clean and tidy. You can vaguely hear the hourly bell of the old City Hall. If you need to clean the room, tell the front desk, otherwise it will not be cleaned. There are towels, toothbrush cups, paper towels, coffee machines, hair dryers, hangers, but nothing else, slippers, toothpaste, toothbrushes, kettles, etc. The cover photo of Ctrip is the old house theater next to the hotel, and the hotel itself is a high-rise building.

|17.55km from city centerWe stayed in 2 queen bedrooms with runway view. We can barely hear any flight taking off. Room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good as well.
Front desk staff was very friendly.
Shuttle runs every 30 minutes to the airport on time, and we used this to take UP express from the airport to Union Station. We enjoyed our 3 days' stay here. Will stay again when go to Toronto.

|0.24km from city centerWe stayed at Sheraton for 3 nights, we came at 2:20pm and were able to check in. We had a room with the view to the square. Everything was clean, we had all necessary amenities in the room. Room was cleaned every day, as well as towels were changed, the bed was made and bottled water was provided. We've booked the room with breakfasts, that was a good decision, they were big and delicious! The swimming pool and gym area is also nice, they provide towels. At the time of check in they take a deposit ($100 per night) and return once the room is checked by them at check out. Location is amazing, walking distance to all downtown attractions, 5 minutes to subway. There are two options of parking: 1) valet parking ~ $70/day and they can charge your car (if it's an electric one), no additional fee for charging or 2) public parking which is located right under the hotel for ~$30/day + additional fee to charge a car.
To sum up - it's a nice place to stay!

The scorching sun was scorching hot, and it was difficult to get the room card, but I couldn't open it in various directions. Go back to the front desk on the first floor. The front desk didn't say sorry, just took the card and put it on the machine and gave it back to me.
There is a shuttle bus to the airport.
Wi-Fi is not very stable, so it works fine.
Breakfast is $9.04 per person, and there are three set menus to choose from. It needs to be booked in advance, and the meal will be picked up at the front desk the next day.

Long wait, unmarked shuttle bus, no help with loading suitcases.
Check in undertaken whilst receptionist on the phone, didn’t complete check in, started assisting other guests, demanded a credit card with no explanation why I had an ‘outstanding balance’ ( as I had prepaid in full- informed once I called that it was a tax: this could have been easily explained at the time!)
Insanely ‘fat’ pillows! I had to try sleeping without as they were so painful on my neck and back.
Room good, but truly unpleasant ‘welcome’ to the hotel!

On the left is the luxury shopping street, with LV, Chanel and other world brands. On the right is a subway station more than 100 meters away. There are also 24-hour convenience stores and department stores on both sides.
The room is large, spacious, bright and well-equipped, which is equivalent to a one-bedroom apartment, much larger than the rooms of Tokyo Empire and Hong Kong Conrad. The restaurant on the first floor is a high-end restaurant with no buffet. Breakfast costs 30 Canadian dollars per person, and dinner costs about 60 Canadian dollars per person. If you want to save money, you can go to Whole Foods 500 meters behind the side. It is very huge and has everything you need for cooked food, and there are even rice self-service lunch boxes.
Located in the wealthy area of Yorkville, Toronto, it is safe and quiet. There are no tour groups. Most of the guests are Europeans and Americans, but the hotel is also very friendly to Chinese people, with warm smiles. There are two Asian girls at the front desk who can speak some Chinese, so we checked in in two or three minutes.
The only minor issue was that the hotel asked us to pay a facility fee twice. We explained to the hotel that the Ctrip booking included all fees. The hotel said they had not received the facility fee, but after looking at our confirmation letter on Ctrip, they kindly said they would reconfirm with Ctrip and it would not affect us.

There is an electric stove in the room, you can simply make some meals, no ventilation equipment. The room is not too big, the two beds are big and small. There is an elevator but it cannot be used. Everyone tries to arrange the room on the first floor. I was because the room that was originally on the second floor of the stairs was too noisy. Please wait for the waiter to change the room and change the room. There are more parking spaces and it costs $11.3 a day.
