Greenbrook Homes - Big Family Home 4-7PPL

The worst experience ever - first they changed rooms I booked and paid (!) for a different types - we got 4 beds for 5 booked and paid people, shared apartment instead of a family one, bathroom is dirty, there is a mould in the kitchen, no free parking as said so one must pay for a public garage, only 2 chairs for 5 people - nowhere to sit although there was promissed sitting. Whole building is bending with cracks and lookes like it will fall soon - one does not feel safe here. And on top of it - host does not communicate because "it is Sunday and we are having a weekend off". Definitely never ever

We had a negative experience with Greenbrook Homes ApS (CVR: 46078780). We booked their apartment in Aalborg through Airbnb well in advance of our trip, but the host cancelled our reservation without providing any explanation. Because the cancellation happened so close to our travel dates and during a period when a major event is taking place, it has been nearly impossible to find alternative accommodation within the same price range, as most options are already fully booked. We are very disappointed with how this situation was handled. Cancelling without notice or explanation has caused significant inconvenience and financial loss. We would strongly encourage others to think carefully before booking with this host.

The flat was dirty, especially the bathroom. It lacked promised amenities, such as microwave oven and parking. The baby cot we payed extra for lacked a mattress.

Awesome place! Will definitely stay again. Very clean and tidy. Great location for sightseeing, shopping, and dining. If you want great value for money then I would definitely recommend. The owner helped me with all my queries throughout my stay and this place even had Netflix man! Like a perfect little sanctuary in the heart of Aalborg.

We had an excellent stay! Professional host. The communication was awesome and checking in & out was a breeze. The location is incredibly central in Aalborg. The house has such charm, well decorated, exceptionally clean... and super comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and we felt super relaxed. A great stay! Price for value is absolutely impossible to beat considering where it's located. Coming back for sure.
