It was absolutely fantastic. An old Villa transformed in a boutique hotel with great personality. It is like to be at home but even better! Many languages are spoken there! Rooms are gigantic and furniture is practical yet with a neat design, although the rooms look very romantic. The cosy lounge at the first floor with the balcony and the garden outside complete the picture....

Disappointed - looked as if it promised so much. Room was modern but cheap curtains, furniture and fittings and no air con or kettle. Noisy as on a main road and diners leaving late in the evening plus the kitchen emptying bins meant sleep before midnight was impossible. Food was supposedly Michelin standard - we have eaten in many Michelin star restaurants and the food was not up to standard - prices were though! Starters at about £18 a head were ok but not great - smoked mackerel fillet with accompanying mousse and salad, tomato and burrato salad with foccacia. Mains at around £40 were vastly overpriced - Luke warm, tough lamb, cod with fennel and artichokes - nothing outstanding and large portions. Breakfast was uninspiring - overcooked scrambled egg in a pot on the side, fruit salad that was brown at the edges, dry bread and £400 for dinner, bread and breakfast - won't be staying again and can get so much better.

Das Hotel Restaurant Auberge sieht von aussen rustikal und gepflegt aus. Der Speisesaal innen wirkt eher nüchtern. Den Empfang und die Bedienung am Tisch empfand ich als eher kühl, da fehlte mir die innere Begeisterung. Die 3 Mittagsmenus sind die ganze Woche die gleichen. Es ist aber auch möglich, am Mittag, etwas von der Abenkkarte auszulesen, was wir denn auch taten. Unsere ausgelesenen Speisen waren eher klein aber von hervorragender Qualität und wirklich excellent kombiniert, da spürte man förmich die 15 Gault-Millau-Punkte. Das alles hat natürlich seinen Preis, der aber absolut gerechtferigt ist. Auch der dazu passende Rotwein "Tenuta Le Colonne" ergänzte unser Gericht optimal. Alles in allem ein tolles Mittagessen für einen speziellen Anlass.

Ich bin Langenthalerin und lebe seit langem in Zürich. Komme aber regelmässig meine Eltern besuchen und geniesse es ab und zu im Auberge zu übernachten. Einfach ein wunderschönes Haus.

Wir waren für zwei Nächte in einem wunderschönen Zimmer top gepflegt tolles Ambiente. Unser Essen himmlisch mit liebe zum Detail. Die selbstgemache Konfi beim Frühstück ein Traum ……allem voran unerreicht die Reneclauden konfi 🕺🏽allein für die wäre ich gerne eine Nacht länger geblieben….natürlich war alles sehr lecker aber 10 Sterne für die Hausgemachte Konfi von mir 😋 Danke an alle die unseren Aufenthalt so schön gemacht haben 🍀

Il n'y a pas de réception à votre arrivé, seul une enveloppe vous attend. J'avais une chambre et une salle d'eau (privative) mais en face de ma chambre. Je ne l'ai pas vu pendant ma réservation.
Nuit très chaude avec chambre sur rue avec trafic qui commence de bonne heure. Personnel sympathique au petit-déjeuner avec prestation corrcte.

Hôtel familial confortable et propre. Bon accueil, bonne literie, rien à redire. Même si en fait, on est d’abord venu pour le restaurant, et nous n’avons pas été déçus. Petit déjeuner varié et délicieux. Une bonne adresse pour un souper+hôtel

Sehr freundliches, aufmerksames Personal, schöne, grosse, geschmackvoll und aufwändig eingerichtete Zimmer (wir waren in der Suite, wunderbar, zu einem sehr vernünftigen Preis), ausgezeichnete Schallisolierung, von der vorbeiführenden Strasse nichts zu hören. Ausgezeichnetes Restaurant, wir assen im lauschigen Garten an einem lauen Sommerabend, unübertrefflich. Eindrückliche, sorgfältig ausgesuchte Weinkarte von grossem Umfang. Lammrücken als Hauptgang: hervorragend, auch Vor- und Nachspeise grossartig! Kurz: alles kaum zu übertreffen, kann rundum empfohlen werden.
