Hotel Terme All'Alba

Located close to the pedestrian zone, the hotel surprises with its large, well-furnished rooms and the free use of the thermal baths. The rooms are well soundproofed and have air conditioning. The staff is helpful and friendly, but the WiFi has its quirks. Breakfast is a bit repetitive but with quick service; The latter also applies to dinner, but this is rather average. Value for money is reasonably correct.

I have been going to Alba 3 or 4 times a year for the weekend for 5 years. This year, due to health problems, I spent 12 wonderful days in this fantastic hotel. I did the thermal treatments, mud therapy, and I found Raissa and Paolo two very professional and delicate people. I knew they wouldn't let me down but my expectations went way beyond what I thought I would find. The environment is very soft and relaxing, clean, well furnished, all soundproofed. The hot thermal water pools are large with numerous hydromassage areas. I chose the full board solution, "a tragedy" ... I ate well and the choice was wide and the staff in the dining room was fast, professional and very, very patient with customers with the most unusual requests. I don't know if I will be able to repeat such a long period but I will certainly continue to do my weekends. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We stayed one day and one night the spas are beautiful welcoming very clean and the food very good highly recommended even for the youngest the decor and the chandeliers very bright and classy I hope to return this time I will stay there more days

I don't know if it is in decline but it has certainly worsened considerably over the years…. Room without a small minibar, not even a bottle of water .... Pool area: water temperature not very hot, also according to other customers. Opening of the pool bar at 10:30 with coffee machine not working…. Several non-functioning hydro stations. Breakfast, lunch and dinner: from the hospital canteen… without art it part…. I don't think I'll be back ... ..

We stayed in this beautiful Hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday with my daughter. What to say it was a wonderful experience that did not last long, excellent hotel with a super professional staff from the reception to all those who work there to make people feel at home, not to mention the very professional waiters available and kind in satisfying customers in particular Mr. Antonio and Ms. Rita who really gave us all their willingness to serve the dishes very funny and very nice what to say people like them who know how to do their job there are few like Mr. Mario very professional manager of the nice and kind ..
