Everything was perfect the kids had sooo much fun they love breakfast even the fire pit was perfect for the weather for this weekend

Rooms clean and spacious. Breakfast was better than any other hotel I've stayed at. Staff friendly and helpful. Had everything you could want in a hotel. Would recommend to friends and family.

HC room was great , you should advertise this more as it’s difficult to get a room like this in any hotel

The staff was absolutely terrible and offered no customer service to my family. Would not recommend.

Lobby had trash on the floor, like paper and napkins, straws, looked like it needed to be vacuumed. Trash was in the hallway in the same spot my whole 2 night stay, smelled bad. My room was clean and it was quiet which I enjoyed. Nothing to do or eat in walking distance or close driving. Check in & check out was pleasant.

Clean room, staff friendly, i was only in town for one day for a wedding. Wish i could've stayed a extra day to enjoy the pool

Little league baseball teams were staying Thursday and Friday nights. Kids were running in the halls and pounding on doors until late at night. Parents and coaches did not have control. Called on duty staff and the noise level was so loud in the lobby they could not hear us talking to them. I went to the lobby Friday night and found staff lost control of the hotel. We got very little sleep those nights. Totally disgusted and disappointed. We had hoped to use the pool but that was not an option with the way the kids were all carrying on.

Went during a baseball tournament, staff was really busy and trying their best. Overall good experience.
