Clean hotel with nice big rooms and great facilities, the microwave and fridge were great added extras. My husband has a weird obsession with showers so he loved the rain shower haha. The staff we dealt with were all very friendly too. We will definitely be back again.

Good overalll - didn’t expect car park charge, extra cost for breakfast if booked in the morning seemed harsh as did full breakfast charge for coffee n toast no compromise if you didn’t want full breakfast!

An excellent stay. Food in the restaurant was amazing. Room was a pleasure to be in. The reception area is very nice to just sit in after dinner.

Fabulous place to stay! The hotel also went above and beyond to make our stay special, which we greatly appreciated. To begin with, we were on our honeymoon & our train broke down. It was pouring rain & took hours for us to get to our hotel. We were stressed & overwhelmed, but once we got to the hotel it was like an oasis in the storm. The staff were very kind and helpful & even upgraded us to a nicer room for our honeymoon. They also treated us to a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate. It honestly lifted our spirits after a rough travel day. I'd give the hotel staff a 10/10 for how thoughtful and kind they were. The hotel itself is also really nice. We loved the design of the room and enjoyed that it had both a shower & a bathtub. It was one of the few places we stayed that also had room service, which was delightful on a rainy, cold day. There's also a spa at the hotel & I was able to book a massage last minute & truly relax. The hotel was also a 2-minute walk to the art museum (great museum, definitely a must-see!) and restaurants/shops. We visited Aberdeen during the winter (after New Year's) so many shops/restaurants were closed for the month, but staying in such a lovely hotel still made our visit very memorable. Overall, we'd highly recommend this hotel to travelers visiting Aberdeen. It has a great location and great amenities. We were only in Aberdeen for one night, but the hotel was a true highlight of our visit. We'd definitely stay at the hotel again in the future.

The hotel met all of our needs from check in to check out however, the entrance to and exit from the car park are far too tight.

Super food in the restaurant and a large comfortable room. Downside was the bathroom was essentially a wet room so nowhere to put any of your stuff, make up and toiletries etc.

Everything was first class in the hotel and its in a good location. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend.

Had a lovely stay & got an upgrade when checking in. The room was lovely and spacious and the bed was ultra comfy

Room was shabby, shower leaked and had been badly repaired. Dirt around plug in sink , marks on carpet, bed not comfortable and pillows lumpy foam!! Reception staff were pleasant, parking is free and close to Museum and HMT. Staff said there is a current refurb of the rooms being done, would not stay again in current state.
