The location is very good, the environment is comfortable, the equipment is complete, and it is a good place to rest.

Good hotel. Good food. Especially full of vegetarian and vegan foods. Some not so good points. I asked for a sewing kit. Awaiting since 2 days. Some food on the terrace had sooo many flies on it. Asked for a room with safe. No safe available. A bit disappointing.

Clean room. 90 minutes if you order dinner from a la carte. Overpriced buffet is only option for all meals.. Dead zone around the hotel. Security does not check bags on entry. Many commercial sex workers with hotel clients. Untrained staff with no motivation.

I stayed in Novotel from my friends advice. I really appreciated my stay there . It's one of my best moment staying in a hotel. It's a amazing place to spend time with his friends and family. Especially the cheerful welcome from the reception team . Thanks for everything.

The African Cup was on so everywhere was booked found a room at the Novotel it was very very dated and expensive but everywhere was. The pool was heavily stained and the decking around was extremely dangerous with holes and metal trim hanging off. The staff were untrained and 9 out of 10 orders for drinks or food was wrong. Spoke to the manager who gave the impression he was aware but did nothing about it. The heat lamps over the buffet food need a really good clean. The hotel its self was clean. I wouldn’t stay here again though.

Utterly disgust8ng room. No tv in room. Wifi was slow. Carpets dirty. The rooms smelled as if the carpet had been wet a long time ago, a very mouldy and musky smell. Shower small, hot water was room temperature most days. Towels dirty. Air conditioning didn't work. Mosquito's and cockroaches in the room. The only good thing I can say was the gym was decent, the mattress was comfortable and the breakfast was reasonable. The lobby makes this hotel seem nice but the rooms themselves are disgusting. Not recommended at all.

A rip off with terrible service, poorly trained and motivated staff, and dirty carpets. This is a cheap and tacky hotel that was a terrible standard for the USD 270! No justification for the terrible service and lacking professionalism. The supposed price match was definitely not respected and they charged me USD 30 more than the booking per night on the basis that the exchange rate had changed since last night. Never ever again.

The hotel is old and tired it needs at least a complete renovation better still knocking down and rebuilding. The service is atrocious, they vary from absent to ambivalent, either way appallingly slow

To be avoided. Jaded and run down hotel with chaotic airport pick up that left myself and several colleagues stranded for hours at airport Staff were non responsive about service issues. Level of basic maintenance very low. Only just about sanitary in many areas. Avoid until new hotel is open next year. Popular in the evening because of cheap buffet Rooms basic but quiet

Warm welcome..Very pleasant and clean hotel..Copious buffet breakfast with attentive staff.. The beding is very confortable..The quality of the bedding is perfect..the terrasse and pool are super cute

Low level cleaning. Low level service. No change when paying, they hustle. No hair conditioner???!!!?? Morning’s buffet is poor. Evening buffet rich but very expensive. All showers malfunctioned, very weak stream. Dirty pool. Low maintenance. Good lobi. I have many more. Lucky for them they r the only hotel around. Will not go again if ill have other options. Even if the price is being far from work. Would rate 1 but at least it was clean of bugs.

I have never kept a review on any site and this will be my first. I have stayed at Novotel like 3 times now and this time he staff were rather absent minded. from I have 2 bookings please do not allow my room lapse and the staff did not do it . The keys lapsed and came in from the bank and the key lapsed and it took the intervention of 2 laptops to open the room -Mind you I had to go back to the bank and missed the appointment a I could not pick the document quickly. Also the TV went out so many times and it took me going to the service desk twice to remind them each time. Requested to speak to a Manager one night there was no Manager , no Supervisor and the next day dropped my number for a manager to call. Guess what No Manager called. I just realised that the service was tacky. and I spent 10days going through this. I really was not happy and not sure next time around I will be staying at Novotel Plateau in Abidjan.
