Clean They claim to upgrade you to a two-bedroom villa, but in reality, they are lying and give you the ready-to-use villas. Then they tell you not to use the other room upstairs. They give you an upgrade, but in reality, it's a downgrade to a lower level and there's no beach view. The service is good, and they carry your bags. Be careful of the price of the minibar, including food and nuts, as it's very expensive and is only clearly stated in very small print at the bottom of the drawers.

First of all the service was 10/10 they were all helpful kind and friendly , we have a fast service for whatever we asked , the stay was calm beautiful and quiet its whatever u ask in a restort, we also enjoyed the jetski rides 👍

I had a wonderful experience at Maya Resort. The hospitality was exceptional, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and made us feel very comfortable. A very special thank you to Brenda for her kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service. She was extremely friendly, helpful, cooperative, and always ready to assist us with a smile. Her wonderful attitude truly made our experience even more enjoyable.
