Great room on a high floor with a stunning view of the mosque. Breakfast had many options and was fresh.

It was our first time on that fairmont hotel

The reservations manager Sofiya was extremely beyond the expectation and one lady trainee I cannot recall her name but she really deserve the job. The staff named Mike was really helpful and has great manners.

1) House keeping throw things that is not dirt for example plastic tools..
2) never change towels even if u put it a side on floor and was wet.
3) Drinking water is not enough in room.
4) always late services at the afternoons due to check in and check out timing… however, it is not our problem.
5) restaurants in hotel are good
6) big room big hotel very good gym.

Beautiful hotel with a vast array of amenities. Pool and gym were lovely. Lovely beach view from the room. Breakfast was very good.

Absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed. The hotel's ambiance is charming and welcoming. The room was not only impeccably clean but also tastefully decorated. The bed was so comfortable that I had a great night's sleep.

Amazing hotel. Check in staff super friendly, and all staff encountered were brilliant. Rooms were out of this world - get a canal view on a high floor if possible. The sunset over the grand Mosque is a fabulous view to behold. Outstanding experience.

This hotel is so beautiful and elegant and its situated right across the river of the Grand Mosque. The staff were polite and helpful, beds extremely comfortable and taxis readily available to go anywhere. On a plus side as well, its located on the beach front plus it has a huge pool and even kids play area. It was a really pleasant stay and will definitely consider here again the future.
