The entire hotel staff demonstrated excellent service awareness; the whole team clearly operates under professional management. The rooms were clean and odor-free. All recreational facilities were superb, with the pool, beach, and gym being among the best in the UAE.

My experience at the Radisson Blu hotel, unfortunately, wasn't what I expected. I was anticipating a much better standard from a hotel bearing the Radisson Blu name, but from the moment I walked in, I felt the hotel was old and in clear need of renovation, both in terms of decor, furniture, and room details. What I disliked most was how cramped the rooms were; they didn't provide the sense of comfort or luxury I'd anticipated, especially considering the price and the hotel's brand. The furniture and design also seemed dated, and the overall atmosphere wasn't comfortable for me. I travel and stay in many hotels, and I understand that each hotel offers a different standard and experience. However, for me, this experience wasn't successful, and I didn't feel the hotel reflected the level I'd come to expect from Radisson Blu. I hope the management pays more attention to renovating the rooms, updating the furniture and decor, and improving the comfort level and spaciousness, as the location and name deserve a much better experience. Unfortunately, based on my personal experience, I didn't like the hotel and didn't feel comfortable in the rooms. I don't think I'll repeat my stay in its current state.
