Good afternoon I would like to share my impressions of my stay at Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort. I am very glad that I chose this one out of all the variety of hotels on Saadiyat. A year ago I was here in St. Regis, so the choice of location was absolutely conscious. Since I live in a metropolis, for me harmony with the environment and the absence of high-rise buildings was a priority when choosing a hotel. The hotel is truly luxurious, from the reception to the service on the beach. An exceptionally professional team of managers and service staff makes you feel like a special, long-awaited guest from the first minute of your stay. My experience at the hotel is 100% positive. I had problems with the aggregator through which I booked the hotel, because the service that was specified during booking and payment did not match what the hotel was able to confirm upon check-in. But, thanks to the very sensitive, responsive and wonderful Inessa Ivleeva, the problem that arose was resolved as quickly as possible. I literally fell in love with the Amouage bath line presented at the hotel. This is a brand that fully corresponds to the high class premium level of the hotel. You can purchase any accessory for personal use. Now the magical scent of Amouage will remind me of the unforgettable moments spent in Jumeirah. Just during my stay, the SAL restaurant opened on site - the second project implemented in the UAE. The first restaurant of the same name is located in Dubai, in Burj Al Arab. Well, what can I say? Fantastic place! Absolutely 100% release into the a**osphere. The aesthetically impeccable, elegant, refined design of the hotel and the surrounding magical nature of the Saadiyat coast are absolutely harmoniously integrated with the pleasure that can be obtained from haute cuisine. In conclusion, it is worth saying that there are not many places that attract attention or amaze the imagination, and this is one of them. Because the reservation was for a half board, I contacted Ctrip before check-in to inform Tongxing that I have an 8-year-old child. Please confirm with the hotel. Are there any extra charges for dining with my child in Kyrgyzstan? It was also informed that the day of check-in was the child's birthday. After checking with the hotel, Ctrip customer service replied that there would be no additional charge and that a birthday cake would be given as a birthday gift for the child (as evidenced by text and phone calls), indicating that there was a special mention of eight when booking. We were with a 8-year-old child, but when we checked in on the day of check-in, we met a woman at the front desk who told us that because the child was 8 years old, we needed to pay an additional fee of more than 200 dirhams. She also said that we did not inform in advance that an eight-year-old child was staying, so we had to pay the fee. , it’s not about money, it’s about how it can be inconsistent? So I forcefully argued with the female receptionist and explained that I had been informed before... that I didn't want to pay more. The woman said she had no choice but to ask the manager for instructions. Later, I contacted Ctrip customer service. In the end we were not charged any extra fees. But I didn't feel very good. In addition, my friend's birthday cake was delivered to the room after many urgings, but there were no matches because there were candles. Later, I called the service desk, and it took three calls before it was finally sent to the room.

The hotel environment is very good👍The resort hotel, the service details are in place, there are not many people, the breakfast is very good, very local characteristics, small and exquisite, there is no need to queue up, the beach in the hotel is very beautiful, the room type we booked has a sofa bed, very Suitable for families with children, very convenient! The only drawback is that the location is relatively remote. There are no convenience stores or restaurants nearby, so you can only eat in the hotel.

The hotel is nice, the service is OK, and there are souvenirs. Italian restaurant and Arabic restaurant are good. The swimming pool is clean and the sand on the beach is very white. However, some jobs are a bit out of touch

The room was relatively small and simply decorated. Compared to the Castle Hotel where I stayed on the first day, the service here was worse. I charged 1,200 per night for an extra bed, but no extra bed came until 10 p.m. Fortunately, Ctrip successfully solved the problem later! Breakfast has few varieties, children's playground is pretty good

Hygiene: How should I put it? I don’t know why, but I vomited in the middle of the night after eating at the hotel buffet. Facilities: Good. The weather was bad and I didn’t go to the sea to play. Environment: Nice private beach

The hotel environment is not to be picked, it is beautiful. The beach is also very beautiful, there are few people, the water is relatively shallow, crystal clear, and small fish can be seen! The hotel's children's alms is also very complete! A free water glass per person for recent stays!

Jumeirah Resort on Saadiyat Island is ideal for a quiet vacation. It has a blue flag beach, and turtles hatch on the beach every February and March. The room is modern and comfortable, the breakfast is rich in variety, the service is warm and thoughtful, and the Italian restaurant Mare Mare is delicious and not expensive.
