Staff are Help full. Check-in time they asked for king size bed but when i enter room seeing Twin bed then i go back and tell them and they said sorry FOR that which is fine then they assign 802 ok its also strugling on AC nice and good and mid night we noticed they make King size bed with twins 🤭🤭

Good facility and friendly staff; however, the breakfast was not good and offered very limited choices.

As you can see from the pictures, this situation is unacceptable. I have already changed rooms twice and even moved to different floors, but unfortunately the condition was the same everywhere I'm awake since 6 AM and until this time trying to find a clean and comfortable place to sleep my sister is with me as well, and this has been a very stressful experience😢

There was no ac in the room and you have to ask multiple times for the water and dental kit! Horrible experience

This is a very busy hotel, located very conveniently from the madinat zayed shopping centre. The room was ok but the carpet needs updating in my opinion. It has a roof top swimming pool with gym and sauna. Staff are very friendly and helpful and I generally had a pleasant stay.

Parking is a little bit expensive, the room is clean but even the non smoking room smells like cigarettes.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed at. It's unbelievable that in 2026 they're still using an old antenna TV with outdated cables that look like they're from the 1980s. The facilities feel neglected and far below modern standards. What's even more disappointing is how the hotel cuts corners on basic guest amenities. They don't even provide essential toiletries such as a toothbrush or a razor—items that most hotels consider standard Overall, this hotel offers poor value for money and falls well below expectations. I would not recommend staying here.
