Not good for services please make sure the customer must be not waiting 2 hours for check in because they have already booking.

The room was really big and spacious, I felt so comfortable and free during my two-day stay. Breakfast was delivered right to my door, and there was plenty to eat. The room even had a kitchen with a microwave and a fridge, so you could easily whip up a simple meal. Right across from the hotel, there were tons of local restaurants, which was fantastic. It was super convenient to get around from here – a taxi ride north took me to Saadiyat Island to visit the museums, or south to the Presidential Palace and Emirates Palace Hotel. The hotel's parking lot is a bit small, so taxis can't really wait there. I had to walk to the street to hail one, but it was still quite easy.

Strategic location in the city center. Near many amenities, restaurants, shops/malls, and tourist attractions, reachable even by bus (you'll need to buy and use a bus card, though). The one-bedroom apartment is big and spacious; however, the furniture and toilet are a bit old but still serve their purpose. It has a complete kitchen with all cutlery, etc., and a washing machine (washing liquid not provided, though). The toilet had a bathtub, which was not convenient for showering. The bed was good, comfy, and I had an excellent sleep after a tiring day. I booked the apartment for 4 days and 3 nights with breakfast, and this was the only drawback: the breakfast was provided by an external party, only one type of continental breakfast, cold, and without any drink (either cold or hot). I complained to the hotel but was advised to liaise with Trip.com. Trip.com did their very best, and communication was excellent; even though it was not completely resolved, I was satisfied with the final outcome. The hotel communication was good and cooperative. They even helped me with bus card. My suggestion to future travelers is not to take the breakfast option.

The location is convenient, whether you're taking a taxi or public transportation. The service is excellent, they offer late check-out, and even provide fruit and bottled water. The room has a bathtub, a fridge, a microwave, and an induction cooker, making for a very comfortable stay.

Very good location and hotel i don't like one think that reception should be professional and familiar with guest

The amenities are quite comprehensive: a fridge, TV, microwave, washing machine, and even pots and pans. However, for a hotel, there are too few power outlets, and they're quite hidden. If you want to charge your laptop while sitting at the desk, you have to move the TV stand, which is very inconvenient. Also, induction cookers aren't a necessity, but slippers and a toothbrush with toothpaste definitely are. Why doesn't the hotel provide them?

The staff are very accomodating. I did not regret booking at up town hotel apartments abu dhabi(gewan). The cleanliness is amazing . Sukam and anis of housekepping department thankyou for cleaning the rpom And to the receptionist the day i came to abu dhabi ( 2 males) thank you for helping me for the smooth assistance.🫶🫶

I stayed at Uptown Hotel Apartments in Abu Dhabi and had an excellent experience. The apartment was spacious, clean, and fully equipped, making my stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and public transport. Perfect for both short and long stays. I highly recommend Uptown Hotel Apartments for anyone visiting Abu Dhabi!

The hotel has a washing machine, microwave, and even a drying rack. Every taxi driver seems to know this hotel, which I thought was obscure. It was a very good experience.

Bathroom little dirt and tv not smart tv

The studio room was without any carpets, even not sound isolated you can hear the elevator and anyone in the corridor,
