Emirates Park Resort

Our room was right inside the zoo. I had originally booked a standard room, but upon arrival, I paid 400 AED to upgrade to a suite with a giraffe view. The suite featured a large outdoor balcony overlooking the giraffes, a living room with a coffee table and a round dining table, a master bedroom with a large bed, and a bathroom with a shower. The breakfast selection at the hotel was a bit limited; the main dishes were various types of bread, and the hot items were just sausages and scrambled eggs. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly. We had direct access to the zoo, literally a one-minute walk. Feeding the animals requires purchasing food, but zoo admission was included with our stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

The rooms are outdated, and the zoo really isn't worth seeing. Even though the staff provided good service, I still feel it wasn't worth traveling so far and wasting my time.

The service was very attentive, and the breakfast selection was especially rich!

This hotel seems unfriendly to Chinese people. I was assigned the worst room among similar options, with a window directly facing a substation (see picture 1). If Ctrip continues like this, they have no hope.
