Cleanliness: the room and the bathroom facilities is pitch-perfect clean. No water stains at all. The bath tub is also cleaned thoroughly, which is important. Location: The view is good but not the best. Service: nice and helpful staff. Helped me order pick up form the airport and send my leftovers to my new place for stay. Breakfast is a bit simple. The Chinese restaurant has a Michelin star but as a Chinese this is just ordinary lever food and way way overpriced.

The hotel is connected to the Galleria mall so it was very convenient with food and shopping options. Check in was smooth. The hotel was kind enough to grant me access to my room a little earlier than the normal check in time. I appreciated that a lot as I was tired from my flight. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Elegant hotel, perfectly located above the Galleria Mall which is home to some of the finest restaurants in Abu Dhabi (Zuma, Coya, Nusr-ET, LPM, ...). Too bad there always are some issues with the room and its making; otherwise, it'd be a choice I'd wholeheartedly recommend.

It is a hotel with an Asian background. There are not many East Asian guests. I am disappointed. I will not choose this hotel again next time. There are better options around the same location. The service is not good, mainly due to attitude. Because I paid the full amount for the Ctrip reservation, I stayed in Abu Dhabi for one night. I didn’t choose a deposit when I checked in. At 11 o’clock in the evening, there was a knock on the door, and then I entered the room by myself. I had to lock the minibar👎👎👎. There was a strange man in the room of a sleepy woman. To enter, call in advance? No, I was stunned on the spot. There are misunderstandings about Chinese food… I found a Lebanese restaurant, Almayass, downstairs, as shown in the picture. It was very good, and it was full of locals who came out to eat at night. Close to Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. There is Galleria shopping center below. As well as the coastal walkway, morning and evening walks are very clean and comfortable. Great location. It is also very convenient to take a taxi. Galleria has fewer people than Dubai, and the shopping experience is better.

It's not worth it for more than 3,000 a night. The hotel feels old and shabby.

The location is invincible, the pool is beautiful! There are few things for breakfast. It is not recommended to order. The seaside road next to it is good. The most luxurious shopping mall in Abu Dhabi is downstairs.
