The bed was very comfortable and I slept really well. However, at first there was only one large towel in the room. I called to request more, but it took some time and I had to call again before receiving them. After the cleaning, no fresh towels were provided either. Parking was excellent — the valet service was always on time and very well organized. Compliments to the team!

Perfect Location & Views! Loved my stay! The room was clean and modern with an amazing view of the Corniche. Right across from the public beach, which was perfect for a morning walk. The staff was friendly and check-in was quick. Great value for money.

Hygienic: very clean, comparable to a five-star hotel Facilities: all brand new, great Service: Special thanks to the hotel manager, and also prepared a birthday cake for the child We stayed at the Mercure Dubai again. By contrast, Mercure Abu Dhabi is the best. Much better than Dubai. The location of the hotel is very convenient in the city center, you can visit the city center. Go to the presidential palace, fish market, Louvre is not far away, take a taxi for about 15 minutes. Next time I have the opportunity, I will definitely stay, a great experience, thank you

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and the service remains excellent! If you're driving, the staff offers valet parking, though there is a daily fee of 25. The rooms are good and even come with a washing machine. Both the housekeeping and front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Overall, everything was great, but there's no pool on-site. We had to use the pool at another hotel. Despite this, my overall experience was very positive.

the hotel is clean with complete toiletries,staff are accomodating and helpful..the place is in the center of everything,easy accesible to stores,bus stop,grocery shops and food shops everywhere..will definitley book again if ill have a time to go back to abu dhabi..

We had an amazing experience at Sheraton Khalidiya! The staff and the entire team were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, and the room service was top-notch. We truly had a great time and look forward to visiting again soon. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel for its price for 1 night stay. Location is quite close to Louvre, which was my point of interest in Abu Dhabi. Though it's far from airport & Grand Mosque (1 h by bus). There is a supermarket nearby. My room was quite spacious, but windows dirty & impossible to open (only air conditioning to cool down the room), also very strange window in the bathroom with pigeon (see photo)) but overall clean (except the curtains and hole on the blacket). Fridge & teapot working, though a bit old. Shower gel, etc provided. Hot water without problems. I had breakfast, there were omlette, vegetables, fruit, desserts, smth fried - ok to eat & go. Quick wifi. But it seems like there is a nightclub in the hotel, I heard a bit of music late at night & sound of the road in front (though my room was on 11 floor). I was very tired so it didn't stop me from sleeping well)

I love this hotel it's the second time I've stayed here and it's the bargain of the century. Breakfast simply in a word is fantastic. Views stunning staff flawless. I am the fussiest person on earth and I love this hotel. I think we paid $126 a night after taxes with two breakfasts. Breakfast was worth $50 a person. Don't expect any pork products but other than that this place is flawless. Pool is stunning and heated in the winter. Room is huge. Bathrooms I could live without someone else watching me shower because there is a piece of glass in front for a door that is see-through. I guess if you're with your mate and not your friend it's exciting to watch somebody take a bath or shower. The toilet is separate luckily so nobody has to watch you do that. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The staff is very helpful and every person that works at the front desk is like a personal concierge. I booked this place for $99 half board in the summer but it's frightfully hot I couldn't leave I stayed an extra 4 days I stayed at this hotel for 8 days about a year and a half ago as well. This hotel is absolutely perfect!

The hotel’s room air conditioning was a major disappointment, consistently stuck at 24°C above, making the room uncomfortably warm. Despite maintenance attempts, the issue persisted, affecting my sleep and overall stay. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected better temperature control and ventilation solutions. This significantly dampened my experience, which was otherwise promising.
