There's need to update Stanzel Grand Resort services- I paid for 2 Adult and for single standard room with balcony view. But I was told that they don't have any single standard room with balcony. And that only Superior Room have such resorts. Breakfast was only given for 1 adult. I was given room 105. You can confirm this through independent investigation. Although, the serenity is peaceful. Standby security personnel. With 24/7 Power output and supply. Good water supply too.

It’s is a good hotels and I love there English breakfast.

It is ok to stay for connecting flight

Only very recently like 10 minutes ago. They are giving warnings to me about the buffet fruit that only I requested to give to all. I mainly just eat fruit. It’s okay that others are liking that we get it. But don’t tell me that you can’t give more than one plate for all in a buffet. A Buffet. Sometimes I get little to none.

The apartment itself is beautiful and has a lot of potential, but unfortunately the cleanliness was very disappointing upon arrival. It looked like the apartment had not been properly cleaned or used for several months. There was dust everywhere — on the cabinets, wardrobe, and floors. We had to mop the floors ourselves and wipe down all the cabinets and wardrobes because they were covered in dust and stains. The bathroom and toilets were also not properly cleaned, and we had to clean them ourselves, including the inside of the shower. Aside from the cleanliness issues, the apartment is nice, but the overall experience was affected by the condition it was presented in. I hope management improves the cleaning standards for future guests.

Nice location. I book with breakfast but they refuse to brought me . Several time I call reception they not attend me.
