Everyone was so nice & helpful. The restaurant inside hotel, the food was very good & well prepared. The workers were also really great. If I go back to Acapulco I would stay at The Holiday Inn again. The cleaning staff keep my room tidy. Very happy.

The cleaning people wake you up in the morning BEFORE checkout to see if your in the room to clean it. I was sleeping peacefully and the cleaning people wake me up at 930 am to see if i left the room. Very upsetting

Exceptional friendly staff, from the front desk to the restaurant staff there were all very helpful in anything the guest needs. The property is very clean and very comfortable rooms.
