I stayed at the Fiesta Royale whilst in town for a conference. Although it is a little out of the city centre it is close to the airport and the location is good. The hotel is clean and the rooms are big. The restaurant food was above average but some meals were not great. The buffet breakfast however was always decent. I had time to enjoy the pool which was warm like a bath. Good gym as well. I hope to return when I am next in Accra.

Stayed at the Fiesta Royale because Turkish Airline cancelled our flight. It was a very stressful 4 days not just for us but for the staff. They kept clam and remained helpful throughout the whole trip. Thank you! The Fiesta Royale is a lovely hotel, the food was great! A different variety everyday. The pool area is nice and clean we really enjoyed it. The rooms are really spacious, clean(cleaned everyday) fully air conditioned and the tv showed the best movie. All in all very happy with this hotel.

i stayed in this hotel for 2 nights at the end of january, i find it a good hotel overall, i travel a lot over africa this was one of the good hotels i stayed in, room was very good, i couldn't find a reason to separate toilet from shower in two rooms! food was good, service was fine, rates is very high but i found that in most Accra's hotels! location was in the town not a remote area, not very far form airport, no views except for the inner garden which is fine, i didn't have time to explore whether there was a pool or not but i believe they told me there was a gym! anyway the hotel is good for business trip and i don't recommend it for a family.

I stayed three nights in this beautiful hotel. The double room is clean, the bed is very comfy, the cleanliness is outstanding, the atmosphere is very welcoming and ambience. The pool is nice and protected, nice gym and workers always wearing a smile ready to help out.

Just returned from Ghana, stayed at Cresta Royale Hotel for 5 days. Nice, clean hotel, polite staff (except the ladies at the reception desk), reasonable price, excellent food, good bar, great snacks. The pool is small but great, especially for families with children. The wireless internet working well in the lobby. Art-craft market "just around the corner", the city centre is a bit far. Make sure you have cash on you (can exchange at the hotel's reception desk) as ATM's are hard to find (and if you do so, it might only be suitable for one type of cards only). The hotel accepts cards to pay your bills when checking-out. Also added photos earlier. Have fun!

I really enjoyed this hotel. It was clean and smelled great! I ordered room service and I didn't care for the spaghetti Boulanaise. I didn't venture out again (room service food), but I did enjoy some of the breakfast buffet items. The omelets and french toast were made to order. The scrambled eggs (in the buffet) were really runny. I enjoyed the exercise facility and the service was excellent. I ordered a drink from the bar and they brought it to my room.

I recently stayed at this hotel for 5 days with a group of scholars. Unfortunately, upon our departure, I discovered that two pairs of my designer shoes (Fendi and Dolce & Gabbana) were missing. Despite my insistence that I left them in the room, the hotel staff swore that I did not. Additionally, one of my colleagues had money stolen during our stay, which still hasn't been returned. After spending thousands of dollars at this hotel, I strongly recommend future guests to be extremely vigilant with their belongings. The management has denied any responsibility, but it's evident there's a serious issue. For a more secure experience, please consider staying elsewhere.

Lively garden and a great pool. You can swim lengths in the pool and there is a small gym with everything you need. The staff are very welcoming and there is a fantastic barrista with an artistic flare. The hotel is an 15 min drive to the university, and not too far from town. Good restaurants nearby too.

I don’t recommend this hotel per my experience. During my second day, I encountered ants in my bed, realizing I slept with them unknowingly for a night during our group vacation booked by Regina of Maximum Impact. Despite notifying Regina and the staff, my request for a 25% refund was met with indifference. The manager, a Caucasian lady with short dark hair and glasses, dismissed my concerns, stating moving me to another room was sufficient compensation, insisting that "it's just ants." A disappointing response for a first-time visitor to Ghana. Shared videos, but no resolution. Consider this a fair warning. People need to know that Maximum Impact & Management agree to 1st time guest sleeping with ants shameful… I have videos upon request.
Response from Property: Dear Ms. Wiggins, We trust that you are doing well - Thank you for taking the time provide us with the review. As per our discussion - I am in contact with Maximum Impact at the moment to discuss the requested discount. Upon our meeting at the Front Desk I stated that I was aware of your concern and I am aware that your room was moved following the complaint - I did not state that moving the room was sufficient compensation and advised that I would be in contact with Maximum Impact to discuss the concern. Thank you again for the feedback. Regards, Maritza de Villiers General Manager

My family and l made a trip to Ghana and decided to stay at Fiesta Royale hotel in Accra which was not far from the main airport about 7minutes to 10minutes drive from the Accra airport. We stayed from the 12th of August and checked out the 14th of August. On arriving at the reception desk the receptionist Antoinette welcomed us warmly with a smile ;and after checking my details offered us the keys and Wi-Fi code to the room. She passed us on the Guest relation manageress Rita who showed us the facilities of the hotel and showed us how the electric gadgets works in the room for which we are grateful to her. The next morning we have breakfast which was a combination of Continental and African dishes so one has a choice to make. Our waitress Leticia and Gloria were very friendly and always beaming with smiles. Also the breakfast chef was very pleasant he prepared a nice omelette for me; and gosh the chalets were very spacious we we REALLY had a good sleep at night ;and enjoyed the pool with my daughter. Lastly, but not the lest one staff who also made our stay enjoyable was Cassandra (Cass) for short. Anytime l called about an issue in the room she promptly called in the maintenance personnel to response and thank for that. Lastly l have worked in the hospitality industry for over two decades close to three decades so l know good hospitality when one is offered as l have worked in UK, AMERICA(New Hampshire) and Africa . Once again thanks for having us in your hotel we will be back again.

is was our first trip to Ghana and the Fiesta Royale was one of the hotels recommended by the conference I was attending. THIS HOTEL IS SPECTACULAR! The lobby is open and inviting. The desk agents are excellent and will be very helpful with any questions! The ROOM was fantastic. It was VERY clean, there is an electric pot to boil water, a hair dryer and several universal outlets (so if you are coming from the U.S. you do not need to worry about purchasing a converter. At least one bedside stand has a universal plug and there is one in the bathroom. The shower was great (great water pressure and hot water). Cleaning staff was also very helpful. If you are a nervous traveler (and I am!!!!!) this is really a great place for you. Everything is VERY CLEAN. Bottled water is provided in the room daily. I did not eat breakfast but my husband had breakfast every day of our stay and enjoyed fresh made to order omelets, pastry, hot tea, juices, and other standard breakfast items. We were cautious about eating fresh fruit and vegetables, but they were in abundance! We did eat dinner at the hotel most nights. You can order off the menu but we always ordered the buffet. There were many options -a combination so Western foods and traditional Ghanaian foods. The meals were delicious. We enjoyed the servers also who regularly circulated to clear plates and ask for drink orders. (You can order a large bottled water which is enough for four people. Since there was only two of us, we took the remainder to our room for later use. I honestly have no complaints at all about this property. The grounds are really lovely, it has a nice pool (that is rarely busy), the hotel is close to the airport and easily accessible to other downtown locations (with a driver). We would love to return to Ghana and we would look forward to staying at Fiesta Royale!
