We came here because of the reputation of the Marriott Hotel, but we had to wait for more than four hours to check in. It was said that there were many late check-outs that had not been sorted out. Later, due to complaints from other customers, the hotel manager attracted us. He provided us with a free dinner and the process was smooth. Checked in. The food is really delicious😋The room is also very good. I also received a fruit plate and handwritten letter from the boss lady in the evening🥰Thank you!

Great hotel, amenities, and wonderful staff! I come to Accra regularly for work and am always excited to stay at the Marriott here. The breakfasts are amazing, and the Ghanaian food options are really good too. Make sure you get ****o with the jollof! The mall across the street is extremely convenient for anything you might want or need to find, like water and powdered laundry detergent if you are here for a while and don’t want to pay for a laundry service. Make sure you venture out of the hotel and explore! The immediate environment isn’t great for exploring but ask the staff for recommendations, and with a quick Uber or taxi ride you can get to a bunch of great places to experience Accra!

Excellent stay . Thanks to Grace in the breakfast room thank you to David breakfast chef - always a smile . The lady who made beautiful fried eggs and to Albert , Richard and anyone I have forgotten. Reception staff welcoming . Rooms clean and comfortable. I will return with my family . Thank you all !

Mavis and Grace made this time absolutely wonderful. Being on business didn’t provide much down time but when I had some they were helping in every way possible. The rest of the staff is commendable as well. I look forward to returning next year as my organization continues to do business in Ghana!

The staff is super nice and responsive to every need. There is a variety of cuisines to choose from; rooms are spacious, clean and with lovely city view, and the hotel's proximity to the airport makes it very convenient for business travels.

Excellent service in the Lobby Bar thanks to Gracie, Julius, Jerry and Bright, lovely nibbles, food was great as was all the staff. Lots of laughter, enjoyed the breakfast and sampling of the local food staff could have been more helpful and friendly. Located minutes from the airport great location. Thanks Karl

I stopped in for dinner at the restaurant and had a great meal. James was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menu offering great recommendations. The atmosphere is cozy and pleasant. The dishes were delicious as were the cocktail recommendations

This trip has been one of the BEST trips I’ve had. We travel to Accra often and this trip we had the pleasure of meeting the new General Manager Luciano, what an amazing person who 100% guest focused. The service had improved incredibly through his leadership. The staff have been so welcoming but the quality of service stands out. Finally, the food in the executive lounge is fantastic which I believe is due to a new Head Chef. So if you’re visiting Accra, you’ll love the location and service here.
