The location of the hotel is relatively remote, close to the river, and the night view is good. It is suitable for staying in spring and autumn. The front desk service was very good and they upgraded us to a river view room for free. The equipment and facilities are old, but well maintained. Very clean and worth staying.

ADANA唯有的兩家五星級酒店，這家hilton是一家非常老舊的酒店，工作人員服務態度良好，但是房間裏面的配套設施實在太久了感覺跟以前國內的招待所一樣…但是大廳招待和餐廳勉強算是五星吧

One of the oldest but modern hotels of Adana which is close to old city with a walking distance. Nice pool and food to enjoy

Hotel personnel were very well trained; They were highly professional, and sincerely courteous. Ms. Tugce in the reception, Mr. Bedri, Mr. Tamer and Ms. Nilgün in the restaurant were some of the stars I contacted often, but overall it was like an all star team. Congratulations for the management!

The front desk staff were very accommodating. The concierge staff were quick to help with luggage. Room was very clean. Breakfast was amazing.

The staff is generally very friendly, but also not doing a great job. To mention but a few mishaps: They forgot to do my laundry, they forgot to serve the food on time and served it cold, they serve the bill unprompted, no oxtail on oxtail fettuccini, etc.

It was one of the best Hotels I have ever stayed in. Especially the four sympathetic and smiling female attendants working at the front desk and the smiling woman in the breakfast room were wonderful.
