This is a good value hotel. I've stayed in the Hyatt in Addis in the past, which costs quite a lot more, and was happier with the deal here. Staff were responsive and quick and no problems across a ten day stay. I'll be back.

The rooms are excellent and cleaned everyday, the staff are very friendly and always willing to help, food is delicious and available 24/7. Habtom is an excellent employee.
