The hotel was very clean, and the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and always smiling. They helped me find a trustworthy taxi, which I really appreciated. The room was cleaned every day, and the sheets were changed regularly. The location is very convenient, close to the airport and other places around the city. I was also picked up from the airport, which made my arrival very easy. The hotel is quiet and not crowded, and the price is very good compared to other hotels. I would definitely love to stay here again on my next visit. The wifi is ok but could be better

I had a wonderful stay at Bentark. It is conveniently located close to everything, and the staff are friendly, accommodating, and always welcoming with warm smiles. Hats off to Beza and Tzta (Tiji) for their professionalism and outstanding service, as well as to the entire reception team for making my stay so enjoyable. This hotel is a good fit for it price The room I stayed in the curtains were a bit smaller than the size of the balcony doors 😂 but overall it’s a nice location.

The location was great and the staff was wonderful. The shuttle service was on time and the staff accommodated our need to have an earlier breakfast. There was no air conditioner so the windows had to be open for fresh air which made for loud street noises into our room. The tv had few Chanels and I never found an English one. The shower had no door so the water went onto a lot of the floor. The rain head shower was broken and water poured out one of the sides. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety and nicely presented.

We had an excellent 22-day stay at Bentark. The management surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more comfortable. All the staff were kind, helpful, and always ready to assist. We truly appreciate their hospitality and support during our stay. Bentark is a wonderful place to stay, and we highly recommend it to both families and solo travelers.
