The hotel is a bit run down and on a narrow, dusty street, but members of the staff are so friendly and very polite. They granted my request to change room and when I returned from a tour, they let me stay in my requested room. Complimentary airport pick up and drop off is a nice additional service. Very close to the cathedral and traditional Ethiopian restaurant. Worth the money. 👍🏼

The staff were polite and carefully explained where the pharmacy was. The shuttle service was available even early in the morning, which was very helpful. The counter staff were also friendly and helpful at night, leaving a very positive impression.

It's my 6 stay at the hotel always very nice service from the door driver's, receptions all the staff very nice and helpfull we always stay with .y wife and two kids no issue house keepers always polite and professional all staffs very nice me and my family very happy 100% recommend

The hotel doesn’t look like a hotel rather it looks like a run down apartment! Although the staff is very good and helpful This is a totally rundown hotel! The room I had 208 was pathetic better not visit here again
