Excellent hotel located in the Bole area, which is safe and great for first-time visitors to Addis Ababa. Clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent international breakfast. The essential shuttle service is included in the price.

This is the worst hotel you could ever stay in. Its location is at the beginning of 'Boli' (assuming this is a place name), not in the middle of anything, so everything is far away. The receptionists are like a mafia gang; there's no smile, nothing. You feel like they're looking for trouble. I don't recommend it at all. There's no cooperation from the manager down to the smallest employee. My friend's phone was stolen, and when we asked them where it was, they said they didn't know, and everyone hid in their offices to avoid facing us. God knows I'm only saying what happened. Be careful of them; they're truly a gang, not a hotel, besides being a bit old. I don't recommend it. Thank you.

If you visited this hotel often on any time in four weeks you’ll find the Cafe staff smile at you and are helpful and Reception staff are ridiculously good. I don’t know that I can think of a hotel in the world that I’ve been in that better service than this.
