Very disappointing despite the good location I rarely leave negative reviews because I always try to find excuses or see the positive side of things, but this experience was particularly disappointing. We chose this hotel because it had been recommended to us, and we were told that it had recently been renovated. Unfortunately, this was absolutely not our experience. In fact, according to the receptionist, the rooms apparently had not been renovated.( it is alla the samedi, you have the Best room : room number 212. We found cockroaches in the room, the toilet was very dirty, and the furniture, including the bed and wardrobe, was old and in poor condition. The refrigerator also did not work. To make matters worse, we were given only one towel for two people. Despite the hotel’s convenient location, our stay was far from pleasant. We eventually decided to change hotels because of these issues. It’s a real shame, because with proper maintenance and renovation, this hotel could have been much better. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel.
