The hotel definitely doesn't measure up to 5 stars. When we checked into a double room, there was only one towel in the bathroom. The breakfast was disappointing. The only positives are the location – close to the city center and the airport.

The room wasn't large, but it was okay for one person. The facilities weren't new. The staff were very polite, but sometimes you had to ask the front desk for towels and toothbrushes yourself. The breakfast was good. The downsides were that the generator started running around 5 AM, and it was very noisy. The bathroom was also very noisy, I don't know if it was the water pipes or the overall exhaust fan.

We really appreciated the warm welcome we received, starting from the guards. As a newly married couple, it was amazing to experience such kindness and hospitality. All the waiters and cleaners were very supportive, kind, and always ready to help. Every staff member we met worked with passion and professionalism. We had a wonderful time and also appreciated the beautiful decoration prepared for newly married couples in the bedroom.

From the beginning after being greeted by Firaol Nura, and extending stay twice with him , he provided excellent service. This is a landmark hotel in Addis Ababa with nice pool, gym and spa with complimentary stem and sauna . Massage service are excellent. The breakfast services members were great and the chef preparing omelettes is incredible. Overall, coming from US and Dubai, I was very happy with the hotel overall. Little complaints are unnecessary, and most were fixed with smile.

Staff exceptionally friendly. Service at the restaurant is slow at times and room lacking a bit of maintenance. Overall experience was good.
