The Grand Palace Hotel

The room layout is unreasonable. The toilet is too close to the wall, making it feel like you're facing the wall in repentance when you defecate. The towels are old and look unclean. There are no toiletries, and you can't even get into the shower. No refund for cancellations.

Remember that the hotel actually has standard rooms, but they are not listed on Ctrip; and two men are not allowed to stay in one room 😂

I thought the room had enough facilities for the price. I think the cleanliness was high, but only lukewarm water came out. I couldn't find a hair dryer. It's cheap, so it's reasonable, but I doubt it's a five-star hotel. I used the gym, sauna and massage. The gym was noisy. Sauna was good. The massage room was next to the gym and was so noisy that I couldn't relax. The restaurant was insanely delicious.

The hotel staff were very helpful and took us to apply for a bank card, but the network was a bit slow.

It's not a five-star standard at all, especially the bed sheets, there's no way to rate it.
