Check-in was difficult because of the lack of English. The clerk assumed I was a transit customer who should have an airline voucher. I could not get her to understand that I should have had a reservation. I got woken up at 5:30 am and again at 6:30 am to be told the shuttle was leaving for the airport. I think I finally persuaded them I was not going to the airport! My bathroom had no toilet seat. I was offered another room which was far better, although I could not get hot water at the sink, the shower handheld device leaked, and it seemed that the toilet leaked. They also told me that they had no arrangement with ******* and so I had to pay again.
