every things of wabeshebelle hotel is too old and it can't make comfort i never come back. as i hired from internal workers it didn't pay reasonable salary for there own employs except managements so, it is the worst one

I am very disappointed by this hotel. As i know Wabe Shabelle hotel is one of the oldest hotels in Addis Abeba, now it is the worst of all. I expected it will be up to date and up to speed to compete with the new ones. When seeing the room so-called suit I was shocked. the floor carpet is dirty, the curtains dirty, no bed let you sleep on the box and mattress. They don't believe you if you tell them it is not a bed it is a box mattress, they try to convince you, you are sleeping on the bed. And the water stop while your body is soaped. Breakfast terrible cold pancake, unchewable potato ..... Thank God only one day experience moved to Capital Hotel. I wish Wabe Shebelle Hotel do total renovation and bring to a modern quality clean standard. At this standard, i am not recommending anyone who wants to have a quality hotel experience. Wabe Shebelle hotel they have room to change if they invest and put the customers in their mind.

Lunch time perhaps only 10 people around, sitting enough to realize they weren't even intrested in serving me. Even when I left told the guard your busy it seems and he responded very rudely. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. Ruining a name like Shebelle is straight up unpatriotic.

Got my laptop and phone stolen in the room after cleaners came in, after my first night. The hotel management made the case they are not liable to clients valuable items. It means cleaners have all right to take items of clients from the room since they dont even have cctv nor electronic lock.
