Well located in a quiet side street off a busy intersection of multiple roads and within reasonable distance of hte Airport. Staff are very good and helpful. The restaurant is a nice one and well managed. Breakfast spread is fine with good fresh fruits on offer. The hotel offers free drop offs to some nearby points in the city if reserved in advance. The minus points - airconditioning did not work throughout my two week stay. The hotel arranged for a pedestal fan for my room. Though for most of the year AC is not needed, some months it is required. Promised hotel vehicles for pick up from airport did not arrive and the telephone number given in the website was wrong.

Amazing stay! The hospitality at Haile Grand Addis was exceptional- we felt very welcomed and the attention from staff was 10/10. Our room was lovely and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend visiting.

I loved every single night i have spent there. The stuffs Abule, Biritu and Mesi gave me the best hospitality i could’ve asked for. I am definitely going to book again whenever i am in town. I really came to the right place to attend the exhibition this time. The hotel, which is owned by a Chinese boss, provides three meals a day, which are very rich. It is only a three-minute walk from the exhibition hall, which is really convenient. I am new to Ethiopia and it is inconvenient to take a taxi. It is so close that I don’t have to worry about taking a taxi. It is worth recommending.

The room is quite old. Although it can be seen that it was a good hotel in the past, the management is not keeping up now. The towels are already black and are still in use. Other places are also quite shabby. The location of the hotel is good

Отель расположен далеко от любых объектов инфраструктуры: рядом только небольшие лавки, где можно купить что-то из овощей и фруктов, напитки (вода и соки) и самсу с бобами (с мясом не встретил). В 1,5 км есть большой рынок (базар) - называется Sholo, на котором много разных товаров из Китая (пластик, мелочевка для быта, одежда и т.п.), но ничего для туристов нет. Ближайший ресторан примерно в 2 км. В самом отеле не работает лифт, и поднимать и спускать багаж на 4 этаж по лестнице было непросто. В плане сервиса отмечу, что портье при заселении в 22:00 забыл сделать копию моего паспорта, и пришел в мой номер в 23:30. Зато тот же портье помог с багажом и по приезду, и по выезду. Завтрак брать не рекомендую: это обычный континентальный завтрак, пара тостов с куском масла и джема. Омлет, который я заказал дополнительно, оказался невкусным - не знаю, что в него добавляли. Гораздо лучше будет купить с вечера какой-нибудь еды в номер. Номер очень просторный, с диваном и креслами, а также с балконом, где стоит стол со стульями. Вид с балкона красивый: на город и горы за ним.
