SpringHill Suites Dallas Addison/Quorum Drive

When checking in, we were given our keys and that was it. No information from staff on where room was, what floor we would be on, what entrances were available, no direction. No information given on anything really. Room layout was awkward, with bed and TV cabinet.

The rooms were clean but they have a strange configuration. It’s a very nice hotel overall. The breakfast is a bit disappointing as the eggs were not good and there was no protein option with the eggs.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating! Room was clean and spacious! Breakfast was great, plenty of food!

Staff was incredibly friendly, supportive and guests oriented; especially the young lady who was staffing the front desk and checked me in. Property is in a great and seemingly safe location, and was clean outside and inside. Hallways and room were quiet and clean, bed was comfortable, and shower was hot.

This was a very nice and reasonably priced hotel in an expensive area. Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. I was able to make use of the available computer and printer to handle some documents I needed. Overall, a great experience!

room was just ok. The tub wasn’t very clean. The bed wasn’t that comfortable and room was dark, not very much light.

Stayed here for a couple of days. The staff I interacted with were all nice and pleasant, the facilities were good and well-kept. They don’t tell you until check-in, but it is $10 per day to park in the parking lot.
