The bathroom was dirty could have been a little bit cleaner there was hair in the shower and the blow dryer didn't work

We had a TERRIBLE experience. - Day 1, we waited with other guests for about 25 minutes for the receptionist (poor service and very disrespectful). - We wanted to have a good stay, but the smell of m@rijuan@ and cig@rettes was overwhelming the entire time. Even the tag on the doors, guest in general don't care, still doing it. - Checking out of the hotel was rather unpleasant; the receptionist was quite rude and discourteous. - On the ads told us we could request a crib for our baby, but they don't offer that service.m for that last 3 years. - The constant noise at night kept our daughter from sleeping. We do not recommend this place; although the room price may seem reasonable, it's not worth it. I'm sorry!
