There was bugs at night and when you use the bathroom it was broken I almost fell and when you go downstairs in the morning you can only get two things

The first room we checked into had paint on the floor, and the second was infested with roaches. We did not stay there.

A roach crawled up my leg when I was sitting in the lobby waiting for them to do shift change so I could check in. There was no hot breakfast when we were booked to stay on 03/14/26, despite what ********** said. They only put out premade packages of muffins at the front desk, and they only told us this AFTER I checked in and asked where the breakfast was located. I handed the keys back and asked for a refund, and the front desk told me that I could get one but had to do it through **********, but when their customer support called the hotel I was told that their staff refused my refund, so now I'm waiting for a charge back on my card. Huge headache. You should spend slightly more and go with a much nicer hotel.

There is no breakfast, I have vacated the hotel due to poor hygienic condition on 04th March.

False advertising. No breakfast. TVs didn’t work. Won’t stay there again while out of town working.

Cockroaches, beat up appliances (literally has been picked and kicked), stained up furniture, room was first upon arrival, broken shower handle, broken drawers, holes in the cabinets

Room wasn't clean. False advertisement of free breakfast. Got cops called on us and was searched. The area is too nice for this hotel to not be up to code. Hot mess
