Loved the room - great bed, balcony and view! Pools and rooftop patio were very nice.
They were lacking staff in the evening for drinks service during the live music every night, which was a bit annoying. Breakfast buffet and hectic and just ok.
Most of the restaurants we tried off property that were in walking distance were terrible (except the Indian food, which was phenomenal).

Hotel is very nice with well maintained facilities. It has three pools and the pool at the beach club was amazing with good atmosphere. The breakfast buffet selection was great as it has a wide range of varieties. Rooftop bar has amazing sunset views. However, the hotel can get quite busy at times and the live musics at the lobby is. But too loud which made it challenging to make enquiries at the reception/guest services. The room was serviced everyday but inconsistently as dirty glasses were not replaced with clean ones until asked. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful with excursions and bus transfers.

Sheets on the bed were not changed daily. Must have been on for a week. Dust in the room. Not acceptable for a 5 Star hotel. The steak restaurant was very good. Never been charged 10 euros per portion of chips before. Well over the top. Thought they were included should have been brought to out attention. Inside the hotel, good, Child friendly, and staff very nice. Outside the hotel poor amenities and poor restaurants. Importantly breakfast of poor quality. Bacon looked processed. Had this in a 3.5 star, not in a 5 star. Expected better from a 5 star hotel. One of the main points of a breakfast is the bacon. Overall less quantity and more quality.

The jets in our tub were broken, the balcony door didn’t lock for security reasons that was my main concern, the shower heads leaked, the eden pool was dirty, and the breakfast was chaotic. But the employees made up for everything, they are awesome!

What I appreciated was the hospitality of Reception & Guest services staff. Courteous and professional.
I liked that music preference was a feature in bedroom, that was cool.
I am a frequent traveller and stayed in many 5* hotels, im afraid, this in my opinion was not 5*.
Pools cold not warm as claimed. My shower was dirty on arrival water stains brown and 3 long blonde hairs on floor.
Breakfast queues long and food average.
Stayed 1 night and left. Still in tenerife but at another hotel which is 4* and better!
Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife may be just a lacklustre experience for me but may suit others.

Hotel facilities were mostly very good and the staff were attentive and helpful. We have 2 minor negatives only. 1 is that you had to use an app to order food or drinks and which is a pain for some and also that the drinks were very pricey for the area and with limited alternatives locally it gave us the impression that they were taking advantage of a captive audience and taking a little bit more than profit than was needed, in our opinion. However we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again

Great property if nothing goes wrong, one of the rooms had a cockroach and we were given another room which then had a leak so 3 rooms in a 3 night stay. We had 5 rooms in toral and 4 were okay, no problems
