So i ve stayed at this hotel many times before . It used to be Radisson hotel now a Mantera hotel . So they re in the motion of rebranding so some things are off . I give it 4/5 . The suite is clean and spacious , with glorious view of the mountains or sea view if you prefer that . The breakfast buffet is wonderful; 3 swimming pools great ; gym they ve moved quite far from the reception in the adjacent building , good gym . Kids play room is wonderful ! So whats missing ?! The only functioning restaurant is a steak house , no lobby bar ; no beach access ( only by bus transfer ) ; no 24 hr supermarket in the vicinity ., quite pricey i would like to point out due to super high demand and lack of proper hotels nearby. But great stay nonetheless for family with kids ))

So beautiful and so great, the breakfast is really wow. Location perfect, close to the see and close to the Olympic Park. Al walkable. Also a privet beach that is perfect. We have a new memory that we will cherish for a long time Super Staff!!!

I could experience smart staff, nice view, clean room, enough amenities, good location, warm swimming pool, convenient service. During the peak season, the cost-effectiveness is not good, and soundproofing facilities need to be supplemented.

Our stay was excellent except of check in. Property needs to add to their check in process/requirements that all citizens of Russia have to have their domestic Russian passport for check in. I never have it with me and use Russian travel passport when traveling, which I have no problems booking domestic flights with, however the property did not accept it for checking in. This was a huge inconvenience and all guests need to be informed about this requirement prior to their stay!
Other than that everything was great - clean spacious rooms, great spa facilities, nice view and walking distance to many sights.

ОБРАТИТЕ ВНИМАНИЕ на этот отзыв, потому что скорее всего руководство отеля примет попытки его удалить, чем решить какие-то проблемы для гостей🤷♂️ Видимо,те кто ставит отзывы на 5 звезд до этого ездили только на дачу к бабушке) Этот отель не 5 звезд даже близко!!! Отдыхали в этом отеле на протяжении 8 лет пока он назывался Radisson Congresse ну и он в принципе с натяжкой был на нормальную 4ку, но мантера это конечно нечто в самом плохом смысле слова))) Единственный плюс - это может быть завтраки…неплохие и на любой вкус… Минусы: -кондиционер! Его нет! Он гудит,но не работает😂и это не фигура речи,а он действительно не охлаждает…просто циркулирует горячий воздух…отель проблему признает,но ничего не делает…им по фиг) В спортзале,кстати,вообще сдохнуть можно) - половина отеля в статусе реновации: шум,узбеки и все прелести объемного ремонта -персонал! Огромный минус! Вообще необученный и бесполезный! И многие на диком расслабоне и пофигизме!Ни одна проблема не будет решена🤷♂️просто ни одна….всё слушают,слышат,но по фиг))) -контингент) в этом году резко появились «персонажи» с огромными колонками, играющими на максимум с довольно сомнительным репертуаром)))бухающие,сидя в открытом джакузи, что естественно запрещено и естественно с сигаретой,прилипшей к опухшей губе))что делает персонал отеля?правильно им по фиг) даже после замечаний и обращений. Radisson такого не допускал🤷♂️ Вообщем шляпа полная) кто привык к стандартам качества Radisson, забудьте про это место! Мы последние дни здесь,но уже решили,что никогда сюда не вернемся.

Были в отеле на майских праздниках. Все понравилось. Особую благодарность хотелось бы высказать сотрудникам игровой комнаты: Марии, Лизе, Асе, Виктории, Дарии, Степану, Стасу. Ребенка мы могли вытащить оттуда максимум на 20 мин, чтобы покормить. Пропадал там целыми днями. Ребята отлично ладят и занимаются с детьми! У отеля поменялся собственник и что-то пошло не так. Итак, по пунктам: Конец мая. 1. Пляжа НЕТ. Совсем нет. Трансфера до какого-либо другого пляжа тоже нет. Раньше был, но сейчас нет - городские работы по благоустройству берега. На сайте указано, что пляж перенесён к стадиону Фишт, но это враньё. Пляж не открыт, трансфера нет. 2. Может быть для местных это ещё "не сезон", но отельному бизнесу странно ориентироваться на представления местных. Конец мая для приезжих - это уже пляжный отдых! Например, в мае едут те, кому противопоказано активное солнце. Но эти люди тоже хотят отдыхать на море. Бассейн с подогревом НЕ замена морю. 3. По набережной в сторону стадиона Фишт не пройдёшь, она перекрыта в связи с ремонтными работами. До стадиона можно добраться только жилыми кварталами. Дальше смотреть не стали. 4. Ну и мелочи. Завтраки сейчас хорошие, как по меню, так и шведский стол. НО нет игристого. Только за отдельную плату. Это точно 5*? В общем, отель не для отдыха. В лучшем случае, на пару дней на конференцию.

На сайте Рэддисон до сих пор можно забронировать отель. Что собственно я и сделала, так как этот отель выскакивает в первую очередь, если собираешься найти отель в Сочи на сайте Рэддисон. При этом отель им уже не принадлежит. Бронь моя до сих пор активная. Всё жду, когда мне напишут письмо с извинениями. Про то что отель им не принадлежит узнала совершенно случайно.
