Cozy hotel with private parking. You could smell clean everywhere from the corridors to the rooms, friendly and helpful staff, our room was very large with a safe and fridge. We requested an extra pillow and a courtesy kit and they were ready to satisfy our requests. Great hotel and lovely atmosphere. All it was very good also the food. My children really enjoyed tge animation after dinner time. We had a departure quite early in the morning and they prepared for us 2 big breakfast. Wonderful service. I'll come back for sure.

Overpriced and overpriced. Big disappointment and probably the worst service Italy has to offer. A bottle of water is double the price of any other hotel in Italy. The same bottle. The same brand. Why?!?! In the swimming pool everyone must wear a swimming cap. They sell you the swimming cap. Each one is €6. How convenient. They also charge €2 for a towel “rental” at the pool. I’ve never seen such a weird charge in my entire life. The Wi-Fi is the slowest on the planet and disconnects every few minutes. The list goes on and on. Italy has so much to offer. Don’t go anywhere this hotel.
