I satyed at DoubleTree Afyonkarahisar for 1 night, it has been the worst hotel experience that i have ever had! our rooms was 708 & 710 on 13/7/2022 conformation no is 3266790803. from the begening the hotel was cuting cost starting from the lights in the lobby was off all the time ! then when checked in the rooms was so hot like sauna room! the AC was off and they told me it will get cooler, after 1 hour nothing have change, they send a techniction and he said directly under the AC it is cool! i talked with the receiption he told me it was from the sun ( but it was cloudy day! ) and it was at high floor which i didn’t ask for! after 3 hours the room is the same, when I talked the night shift manager he told me wait 1 hour more! it is already 7 pm !! when I told him I want a refund and I will go out to anothrr respected hotel he changed the room to upgraded one and he act like he is doing a favour to me with unstaisfied face!! at night on 11 pm I ordered a dinner from the room service for me and my kids, untill 12:30 am nothing there, when I called to ask about food they told me my order was on hold because they don’t know my room no !! they can monitor the room temprature from the system but they can’t know that! I belive that they did it on purpase! my kids went bed that’s night without having food! and don’t let me start with the breakfast buffet! it was a shsme!! there was 1 technician guy ( I spoted him from his uniform ) he came from inside the kitchen and giving orders to kitchen employee! and there was another technician guy who was flirting with the resturant receptionist while we entering!! my stay was a nightmare!

I highly recommend this hotel since you have private termal pool and Turkish bath in your room.And the rooms are very comfortable and large enough.You have nearly everything you have in your kitchen and house in your room.The meals in the restaurant is delicious too .On the other hand you can cook in your own kitchen in your house.In addition to these Hotel is very close to the main shopping centers It takes 5 minutes to reach by car. We spent ten great days with my family . Hope to come again next year during the mid term holiday. Thanks for being so helpful and kind.

The hotel is in a multi-centre location, the hotel has a parking facility in front of the hotel, the night room was a little noisy, the family room was a big room, divided into two doors, the hotel's largest shortage was cleaned up the room overhead behind the minibar There was a vacuum water bottle on the right and left, little dirt on the left, the bed cover was a washed cover, a arrow washing, and the yp arrows were arrows average, a hungry buffet, generally family

I prefered the hotel under the name of Hilton. I was pleased, but improvements are made in the earliest days. I wish they had a night club that they would have had after the work, and they could easily divertise and put the stress of the business.
