I had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location is very convenient, the food offered was enjoyable, and there were several leisure activities available that added value to the stay. However, there were also some drawbacks. The air conditioning in my room was not working at all, and although I reported the issue, no action was taken to fix it. This made the stay less comfortable. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room did not fully meet expectations, as the housekeeping could have been more thorough. Overall, the hotel has several strong points, but improvements in maintenance and cleaning would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Excellent service all round by every staff member Great location, hotel food, drinks, pool, gym, thank you to everyone. Also arrived around 11am and we received our rooms even though check in was at 3pm! Thank you

Had to pay a city tax of arrival which was never mention prior as I thought everything was already covered in my payment. The hotel itself was nice though

Awful staff !! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. The rooms are not even that clean and while some of the staff are okay, some other are a real pain. Don’t know how to treat clients and are very rude.
