The best thing about this hotel is the staff. I'm sorry, but this is a substandard hotel: no cleanliness and poor-quality food. The information provided is misleading. I wonder if there is any authority or supervisor in this country... This hotel harms the level of tourism in the country. I will attach photos to my review to show how bad the situation is. Please return my money or I will not use your app again, because this is what I call a scam. The issue is one of trust.

I am very disappointed with my 7-night stay at the Tagadirt Apart-Hotel in Agadir, Morocco, with my wife and 14-year-old child. The room was extremely dirty, with mold stains on the walls. The sink didn't work, and there were water leaks. The bathtub was very old and truly filthy. The towels were worn out and insufficient for the number of occupants. I reported this to reception multiple times, but received no response. The electrical outlets were ripped out, which is dangerous. There were also bed bugs in the beds, and the sheets were too old. I strongly regret booking this incredibly dirty hotel. This hotel is rated 3 stars but barely deserves 1, and only for its location. It's a true horror hotel. I will never come back...

Absolutely horrendous. You'll kick yourself for ever booking this place due to the complete lack of any amenities. There was no TV, no phone, no AC, no bathroom exhaust fan, and not even towels were provided. The bathrooms were absolutely filthy, and the staff's service was truly appalling.

I was very unhappy. Apparent very old and bathroom always smelly bad. When I checked in, they charged me an additional 132 MAD also. The apparent are very old. I won't suggest for families. Never I will go to that hotel.

Staff was okay and helpful. But i had to neg for them to clean the room and take the trash. We didnt get any extra towels, we disnt get fridge

This hotel was perfect for our family. The hotel is in a convenient location, clean and the price is value for money. Can’t complain about the hotel and its facilities and the price reflects. It had everything we needed, a bath/shower, toilet, kitchen facilities and large bedrooms. No balcony however small courtyard/garden area for each apartment. The were minimal food on offer for breakfast so we knew not to go for this restraunt for us again. However pools was on offer which was cold and relatively clean (we have stayed at pricier hotels in agadir and they was about the same temperature swimming pools!) so can’t complain for the price as we thoroughly enjoyed our experience and holiday at apart hotel tagadirt.
