Dunes d'Or Ocean Club

Nice place to stay. Not much to do during the day but evening entertainment was fun. Right by a lovely beach and not far from other things outside the resort

The location of the hotel was amazing and we were upgraded to a sea view room which was nice. We found the food very good every mealtime and we used the snack bar too and the food was good. The staff at the beach bar were quite rude as was the man on checkout. During our stay, plastic was put down on the floor of our block and workmen were taking the plaster off. This didn’t disrupt our stay but it would have been nice to be warned that this work was going to be happening. Bed was comfy and amenities were good too.

I’ve stayed in this hotel with my two children for 5 nights. The food was really good and our room was partially facing the ocean (even so we booked garden room), so that was a lovely upgrade. The quality of the hotel bar drinks was very mediocre. The place is overall well maintained and clean. The room keepers were super efficient, every day. There was some building work going on during the day but it wasn’t directly affecting our stay. The staff was mostly happy to help and friendly. I found the animation team wasn’t really that visible and I haven’t seen much engagement with the guests. When we asked about board games nobody had the keys to get them. We used the water sports centre to borrow some of the bodyboards and vests. It was great fun! Highly recommend as the beach is ideal. We will return as we had a good time.

Quite good hotel but I had a north facing room which was pretty rubbish. Also the heating was not working for the first day and was very cold at night. If you can - get a sea view room.

Good hotel in agadir

*1/5 Stars - Disappointing Experience* I would not recommend this place. The service was extremely poor. Here are a few issues I encountered: - No lift, even on the 3rd floor, which was quite inconvenient. Ashtma patients , disabled people can't think to live here , rrquested for changing room due to disability, no room change , -No refund if you want to cancel it. -No proper air conditioning , in hot weather's - No porters to help with luggage. - Lack of a warm welcome. - Although the location is scenic, it's hard to find, and taxi drivers seem unfamiliar with the area. - The staff was rude and unwelcoming. - The building looks old and outdated. - The rooms were tiny. Overall, my stay was disappointing. Unless they address these issues, I wouldn't suggest staying here.

Check in slow for the most part. Staff are very helpful. The slide and pool are great. The massage and spa place is very warm and welcoming, very relaxing. Close to the beach, only pet peeve is being rushed out of the breakfast hall and stood over when the time reaches ten am as they need to clean and prep

The worst receptionists ever , the staff aren’t willing to be with you and help you unless otherwise you tip them and if you don’t tip they show the attitude . The hotel is huge and it takes you forever to find your rooms . I will simply never ever recommend this cave to anybody . Agadir is full of amazing hotels with better prices
