Riu Palace Tikida Agadir - All Inclusive

The hotel reception has issues with racial and room type discrimination. My friends checked out at the same time as us and weren't charged any late check-out fees. Yet, they told us that 'all around the world,' hotels require a front desk check-out, which is absurd. They unreasonably demanded we pay a penalty of 240 Lira. If it weren't for returning a charger, I wouldn't have even needed to go back to the front desk. The cleaning staff entered our room twice, only to tell us we needed to check out, with no mention of any penalty. We were completely unaware until we were hit with an unfair fine at the front desk. My friend's room, checking out at the same time, didn't incur any fine. We completely vacated the room by 12:30 PM, only going to the front desk after 1 PM to return a charger. The receptionist said she would call the manager, but the manager was even more unreasonable. He just kept repeating 'please pay 240 Lira,' seemingly unable to understand or answer any questions. He was simply repeating himself, being incredibly rude and disgusting. Furthermore, the orange juice at breakfast had black particles every day, and the cantaloupe at dinner had even more unknown black particles. This absolutely filled us with unprecedented disappointment and anger on our first trip to Morocco. This is a terrible hotel. I will prevent all my friends from coming to this 'five-star hotel'.

The environment here is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants to choose from if you decide to stay within the hotel. It's also super convenient, as you can just walk right out to the beach. There are lots of dining options nearby as well. The hotel's pool is amazing, and the service is exceptionally attentive.

The room size is decent, and the facilities are acceptable. The service is very good.

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.

There were ants in the bathroom. I cleaned them myself, but they reappeared after a while. I went to the front desk and asked a staff member, who said they would have housekeeping clean them. An hour later, I returned to my room, and there were still many ants. There were also small flying insects near the bed. When I went to sleep this morning (around 9 am), someone opened the room door and then closed it again. The swimming pool was nice. The spa requires advance booking. After booking on your phone, you need to confirm at the spa front desk in the morning (they don't check the computer), otherwise the time will not match your booking. The restaurant was just average. The view is beautiful; the Atlantic Ocean is right outside the hotel's back door.

The environment was nice, and the weather was good for taking photos. The only downside was the food.

A really cool hotel! Beautiful, delicious, clean, and cozy. I definitely recommend it!
