I had a conference to end in a nearby hotel. My stay was smooth. Right by the beach where I could have a nice walk in the evening. Very clean hotel. Nice staff.

I think a lot of people forget what sort of accommodation they would get at home in the UK for the price they have paid for a week or so by the sea, constant good weather and a lovely swimming pool to hand. Our standards are exceptionally high but we forget that the culture is different in Morocco. For me, as long as I have a clean bed, clean bathroom facilities and a version of everything I expected to get/have access too, then I can cope with a chipped floor, dusty floors, tired decor. Surely a friendly, helpful welcome is more amenable to a good experience? The pool is immaculate and throughly cleaned every morning. The only negative is the Gawd awful techno, trance, ******* (C) rap sample music the guy plays at full bunge all afternoon. You cannot even have a conversation with the person next to you. It REALLY was a pain in the Rse every afternoon. The restaurant food scenario does leave a lot to be desired. I thank the Lord I was only having breakfast. The cooked food is basic and poor choices of bread. NO FRUIT! But lots of salad???? 🤔🤔 Only One toaster for the guests to use. Omelette EVERY day, surely a change to pancakes/crepes wouldn't tax them too much? The poolside cafe is dire. Very poor selection. The staff are as slow as treacle in the north pole!! There is no gym or spa available at the time of my visit. Overall, I felt it was value for money. Most of the staff work very hard and are friendly and polite.

This hotel has very friendly personnel. Great breakfast with fresh pancake and egg baking service. The rooms are very comfortable and everything is extremely clean. beautifull swimming pool, with a stonning view. Everywhere you see therie is a cleaner working. Close to the beach, the téléphrique, I do have one small suggestion ; next replacement for the lights next to the bed, maybe a bit warmer light. I am not always that enthousiastic, but now I am.

The hotel is good and features a nice, large swimming pool. It's conveniently located just a 7-minute walk from the beach. The area is quiet, yet there are cafes nearby. The rooms are on the smaller side but perfectly adequate, each with a small balcony offering a good view. The central air conditioning works effectively. Bed linen is decent, and shampoos are provided. There's a fridge and a hairdryer, but no kettle. Part of the property is currently undergoing renovation, but it's nearing completion and didn't cause any disturbance during our stay. Breakfasts are quite decent by Moroccan standards. I recommend this hotel for your stay. However, I strongly advise against exchanging currency at the hotel. They display a very attractive rate on their board, but when you approach, you'll be told the rate has changed. Then, they'll show you an even *better* rate on a calculator, which might encourage you to exchange a larger sum. While you're busy calculating the new rate and your total, you'll discover they've 'mistakenly' quoted a rate that's off by a full Dirham on the calculator (this translates to a loss of 100 Dirhams for every 100 US dollars exchanged!). In reality, this 'new' rate is significantly worse than what you'd find outside.

It’s a really good hotel and an amazing place to say. The location is really close to the beach and all the main attractions. The staff at the hotel are kind and helpful. The receptionist who check us in, Mohsin, was very helpful and also gave us a nice room with an amazing view of the beach. The rooms are a bit old as this is one of the older hotels in Agadir but the rooms are quite clean and comfortable. The heating and air conditioning work perfectly as well. The swimming pool is quite large and the cable cars of Agadir can be seen from the pool as the hotel is an 8 minute walk away from the station. Other amenities that the hotel has are two bars, a gift shop, a gym, a restaraunt and an ATM machine in the lobby. The only downside of the hotel is that the WiFi is not good and the food can be made to be a bit nicer. Overall, my stay was really good and I would recommend this hotel to you all.

Upon entry we needed a small bottle of water to take medicine and we didn’t exchange any money yet. They made us pay £1.30 for a bottle of water when it should’ve been free because hotels provide free water in each room. We then find out a small bottle of water in the area costs 5 dirhams which is 40p. The doormen were very helpful & friendly. In the restaurant during breakfast, they provided croissants, tea/coffee/hot chocolate, yoghurt, omelette, salads & few dishes. Potential bed bugs as me and my husband developed lots of red itchy spots on our skin after the first sleep. They did not provide the usual amenities which you would expect in a 4 star hotel. E.g. water bottle, tea & coffee options in the room, cotton buds, shower cap, toothbrush & toothpaste. Location is great & 5 min walk from the beach, McDonald’s, Pizza Hut & other food places.

Perfect location , a 10 minute walk to the beach and bus terminal . The place is good though a bit old , however the price is very reasonable . Food is good but not the best . Staff is good and the place is clean . Pool area is beautiful . There is no kettle but a mini fridge in the room . It’s a four star hotel in African standard , not on par with European’s . For single traveler , if time allowed , take an airport bus right from outside the terminal arrival hall , it costs 50 dh one way and 80 dh return . Ask the driver and he will drop you off near the hotel . I will like to choose this hotel again if I am in Agadir .

I recently returned to Oasis Hotel & Spa, this time as a solo traveller, and once again, it did not disappoint. This hotel remains my top choice whenever I visit because of its prime location, just a short walk from the beach promenade, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. One of the standout aspects of this hotel is its fantastic value for money. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the facilities are well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. The staff are brilliant—incredibly friendly and always happy to assist. What made this stay even more special was that they remembered me from my previous visit, which added a personal touch and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Whether traveling alone or with company, Oasis Hotel & Spa continues to be a great choice, offering comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

The location of this hotel is excellent — just a 5–7 minute walk to the beach and about 10 minutes to the marina. The rooms are standard but clean, with most offering pleasant views of the pool and seafront. Unfortunately, the service and guest experience fall short of expectations for a 4-star hotel. Upon check-in, no information was provided regarding hotel amenities, Wi-Fi access, or room facilities. There was no welcome pack or in-room directory. Wi-Fi details had to be requested separately. The hotel does not offer room service, which is unusual for its rating. The bathroom in our room had a faulty shower screen, leaving the floor soaked after use. When I requested fresh towels from the front desk, I was met with an unhelpful attitude and told that towels would only be replaced during daily room service. However, on one occasion, our room was not serviced at all — the cleaners claimed they had done so, which was untrue. Even after reporting this to reception, only the bedding was changed; the rest of the room was untouched, and rubbish from the previous guest remained in the bathroom bin. Overall, the front desk and cleaning staff lacked warmth and professionalism, and communication was poor. While not speaking English is understandable, the unwillingness to assist guests is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Staff training in customer service would be highly beneficial. On a cultural note, this is a family-oriented hotel. Visitors from Western countries should be aware that, as Morocco is an Islamic country, some local guests may react with disapproving looks toward certain behaviors or attire.

Honestly don’t even bother. As soon as we got to the hotel we made ways to reception where the most rude woman in a hijab checked us in which took forever and then sent us to our rooms. We went to our rooms and LORD. It was smelly, the AC wasn’t working, the walls were dirty and had black marks all over them, the floor hadn’t been mopped in about a month and you could see stains all over from an angle I was told by the reception the AC starts at 3pm and ends at 6am?!! The bed was dirty and had hair on it and when I asked the cleaner to clean it she said the sheets only get changed once every 3 days and she threw a fuss but ended up changing it! I asked everyday for the floor to be mopped but the cleaner didn’t. There was a spider behind my pillow one night and no one did anything nor did they apologise for it. In my 4 days there I saw about 3 ants on the floor. Everything was dirty I would not recommend. The staff are all rude except for the men in the reception. If you don’t mind feeling grimy and disgusting go ahead and book this hotel, otherwise spend that extra money for a hotel where the staff is nice and the cleanliness is bearable. Absolutely horrible and worst part of my holiday. I was also unable to get a refund as the woman was extremely rude at reception.
