The hotel location and food absolutely fab. Would recommend and come again. But unfortunately the bar was away from the restaurant even going for a cup of tea was hard. As i am a wheelchair user was hard. I went to reception to ask for a wheelchair i was sent to enquiries. Which only had 2 wheelchairs available in the 3 hotels. One was being used the second was available. The rim was on but the the wheel was off and no foot rest. Unfortunately for safety reasons i didn’t take it. For 7 days i had been waiting for it to be fixed but no. Then the option they gave me was hiring one which was costing far too much for a day!!!

Absolutely do not consider this as a ‘cheap deal’ like I did!! Just wanting to get away for a quiet break! On arrival the entrance to the hotel is dated, faded and has a waft of cat pee. The reception area is something out of the 80’s, not at all a welcoming area with crap, old suitcases and mess everywhere. Two reception guys were very pleasant but though only a small amount extra, charged the tax, a bit more than what was stated by Love holidays. No info given on meal times and locations or a map of the hotel. On arrival to the bedroom I actually wanted to leave the hotel. As included in the photos I have attached, it was run down, drab, broken furniture, paintwork terrible, dusty and towels that looked about 30 years old. The wooden, non double glazed patio doors did not shut properly either. The aircon unit was on as a heater on my arrival, due to poor weather to start this was welcomed but I’d guess it probably does not meet safety standards!! Only one plug socket in my room out of five worked! No safe in my room also so I carried all my personal valuables around at all times, I also did not use maid service for that reason as did not want anyone in my room. Having seen a staff member slyly stealing cheese into their pocket one morning in the restaurant I kinda thought what else could they steal?! The restaurant was dark and not clean. Plates were often dirty. Food at breakfast was just ok, mainly as I had an omelette each day but the lunch and main meals tasted bland with little flavour and nothing actually looked appetising, I had better food when I worked as a teacher in a third world country!!! The waiters are very helpful and friendly but have no skills in how to clean a table, I didn’t see a dish cloth or antibacterial spray be used once, just a wipe with a napkin to take the crumbs off then redressed the table!!!! The germs that must be breading on those old wooden tables and old dirty chairs. The legs of the tables are mainly rusty with paint hanging off! I am glad I took a thermos mug as the tiny paper cups for hot drinks in the restaurant were a joke, not a single china cup/mug in the hotel!!! The rooms are in separate blocks and all have old doors that lock with a key, cloncky noise to double lock them. People just slam the doors constantly and talk/shout at the top of their voice on returning to their rooms at all times of the night, it appears people have no consideration for others. Coupled with the cleaners also talking loudly first thing and the seagulls it was not the place to get a rest. The rooms are not sound proved at all, I could hear the guest next door to me being sick after getting very drunk, having arguments and banging and crashing about also which was not nice. So much so I chose to leave the hotel for my last four nights and checked into a lovely apartment where I was comfortable and felt safe. The bar area was very busy and took ages to get a drink. The tables and chairs were in poor repair and old and rus

staff are unhelpful, place is dirty and not been updated in years. there is no privacy when using the toilet as people in the bedroom can see and hear everything. looks nothing like the pictures and definitely not a 3 star hotel.

Location is good. I arrived on my own at night and was shown to my room, I instantly regretted booking this hotel. The room was dark, dated and unwelcoming. It didn’t feel very safe I was on the first floor. The door was very flimsy and the balcony doors are easily pushed open even when locked. The room was clean-ish. The noise is ridiculous.. super thin walls. My next door neighbours came back late to their room every night clearly drunk banging on doors. Sounded like they were trying to kick down their door because they lost their key. Arguing. Not pleasant to be woken up to at 2am. The seagulls are stupidly noisy too waking me up every morning at 5am. (Can’t be helped but was very annoying!) safe box in room but no key to use it. The tv was an old style tv with no plug socket near it to watch it. The toilet flush broke. The shower was leaking water everywhere when switched on. No hairdryer in room. No fridge in room. Had a couple cockroaches in the room. The staff I encountered were friendly.. apart from bar staff, they were rude and ignorant. I went to the bar the first night I arrived an didn’t bother using it again. The drinks tasted weird and I was sick that night, I wasn’t drunk either just obviously didn’t agree with me. Barely ate in the restaurants either… the choice was poor. And quality poor. I ate out everyday although I was all inclusive. Wish I hadn’t bothered with all inclusive. Overall I wouldn’t book again. There are much nicer hotels nearby I would choose one of those next time.

We were lucky as we did not overpay and knew it was going to be basic and needed renovation. But a lot of other people paid double or triple to what we paid. And they hated the hotel. Food was always cold. Salad bar was big. Hotel needs so much work. Beds hard. Pillows like rock. Basic room. Was cleanish. Only 1 towel left for 2 people. Pool bar attracted ******!! And tips were constantly given to bar staff to get served quicker. Booze was vodka gin rum whiskey beer. Mixers were warm or watered down. Staff were pleasant but put up with a lot of moaning people. Management were never around which meant the poor waiters were left to deal with complaints. So if your paying around 400 pounds per person with flight then your getting what you paid for. You will be very disappointed if your pay more.
