Our stay was truly disappointing. The hotel's hygiene was a major letdown; the room towels were noticeably yellow and clearly hadn't been replaced in a long time. Although the hotel is rated 'five diamonds,' it's not a five-star hotel. It's also not a new hotel, as it's reopening in 2025 after a renovation and rebranding. They didn't provide basic toiletries like toothbrushes at all—it wasn't just that they didn't offer them proactively, they simply weren't available. There was no room service, which was very inconvenient. The SPA charged a hefty 850 AED per hour, but the actual massage time was less than an hour, and the hygiene conditions were appalling. What was even more unacceptable was that the slippers provided to guests at the SPA were clearly worn-out ones from other guests, without proper replacement or sanitization. Overall, the service quality did not match the price at all. I definitely do not recommend staying here.

Really and beautiful hotel I recommend this hotel stuff friendly and helpful

Ist class service. Latifah at the front desk was amazing, very helpful and professional. El mahdi the concierge guy was amazing, very friendly and helped us with necessary information. The hotel looks much better than advertised on most sites. Everything is new and just beautiful. Very beautiful aesthetic, ambience and clean environment. The rooms are very spacious and well decorated. Only downside was I couldn't connect YouTube or my phone smart view to the TV to watch my preferred shows. However, that's just my personal choice. WiFi was good without issues. The food was really tasty and had good varieties. Overall, i highly recommend as palais des roses gave me a very good experience. Staff are really amazing and friendly.

The reception is decorated in an extravagant theme with lot's of lights and marble. The staff at columbus bar are rude with little to no standards in customer service, there is no food served between 2pm and 7pm every day and you cannot get alcohol at any bars inside the hotel before 4pm. There are 4 types of spirits and white or rose wine but you are forbidden from having any food or drink in your room. They do not provide any tissues, robes, slippers or snacks in the rooms. This is not a luxury resort its a 3 star hotel with no entertainment or facilities.

This could easily be the best hotel in Agadir with a few tweaks. The food was is very good and lots of choice with 4 resturants. Indoor pool is extremely warm so no issues taking a relaxing dip in January. Ouside pool is by far the largest i have ever seen at a hotel and beach is a few meters from hotel gates. Bad points not all food has labels, Inside lobby bar only opens at 4pm would be far better to open at 12pm espically on poor weather days. No information where entertaiment and activates are being held these are minor things that could easly for hotel to fix. So come on Pickalbatros Palais des Roses sort these small issues.

Lovely clean hotel Friendly staff

The hotel is very good. Staff are very kind and attentive and always ready to serve you and answer to your requests with a smile on their face. Front desk staff are amazing. It was our wedding aniversary and they gave us an upgraded room with a pool and sea view and had it decorated! Highly appreciated. The food was great in all restaurants. The only "less positive" (not a critic) thing I would say was that the BLU restaurant which is supposedly for seafood, but on the evening we were there, had no seafood (at least what we consider as seafood in Portugal) and was mainly about fish, which was all well cooked in any case and we did enjoy the food. The facilities around the pool area are very good. Bar at the pool side serving pizza and hot snacks all day! Kids area and a bar serving drinks all day. 24/7 Cafeteria in the hotel lobby. Pastry and f drinks plenty of of high quality. Could not ask for more honestly. If we´re ever back in Agadir, this will with no doubt be the place where we´ll be staying! Direct access to the beach

I enjoyed my time here very much (my first all inclusive holiday ever) Though The first night was kind of a nightmare because there’s a constant humming noise (either from pipe or main aircon 😢) that ruined our sleep but after we mentioned it to the front desk they offered to change the room for us right away. The food options were plenty but same every day so can be boring after a few days. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I have joined the activities they offer and had a great fun. (Arabic class and aerobic)
