La Suite Hotel

Do not stay here! It’s cheap for a reason. The staff turn their noses up at you. Towels are considered gold, we was a family of 7 in two rooms. We was given one or two towels per room. Asked for more and would have an argument of the reasons why. The rooms was dirty, they was cleaned twice in a weeks stay. The noise from the club is annoying but bearable however the noise we had encountered from other travellers was terrible. The doors was slamming until all hours of the morning, I complained many times with nothing to be done. We was asked to move rooms to help resolve the issue instead of just asking the other room to be quite at 3am. The young man with glasses blamed everyone else that worked there but himself. He was very quick to say it’s nothing todo with him yet he wouldn’t help or resolve any issues. While we was sleeping a woman and a man walked into our room at 1am laughing and joking then turned the light on and ran out laughing on the second night of our weeks stay. The receptionist did not even apologise we had to say you haven’t even said sorry for him to say sorry. No other compensation was offered for this we hoped to of been moved or an upgrade yet we got nothing. The club down stairs is only for locals. When we went in the bar staff just looked at us, no order was taken for 12 minutes. The owner came over and said hello and welcome and offered her services however behind her back you could see the staff laughing like we was being set up. The bill came and they said they place a surcharge of 200dh per person. We was 7 so they tried to charge us 1400dh for going inside ontop of our 300dh bill. When we challenged this the table next to us over heard and said they came everyday and not had that issue. The bar staff was quick to take it off and charge just 300dh which was our original bill. So basically scammed in the hotel bar that you should feel safe in. Honestly spend abit more and get a better hotel. The area is lovely but having this hotel just brought the whole vibe down.

I just want to thank all the stuff at La suite, my stay was so lovely, you made me feel so welcome and I would definitely recommend this hotel to someone who just wants to relax without the loud noise. It was about an it was about a 34 minute transfer from the airport. Although the pool was a little bit cold to go into, I still enjoyed the sun on the lounges. The breakfast is very basic, but it’s adequate. It’s literally a five minute walk from the beach and there are so many restaurants around the corner, which are about 20 DH by taxi. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The staff were EXCELLENT The rooms are great and kept in VERY GOOD condition and cleaned WELL!!! Aisha is a SUPERB woman and made me feel safe and comfortable The food in the restaurant LOV was MAGNIFICENT The manager Larcan is so friendly and helpful Front desk staff are all SO GREAT I REALLY enjoyed my stay and when i return i will stay here and NOWHERE ELSE

La Suite Hotel Agadir is one of the best hotels I've been too! The food in the hotel was beautiful and included all sorts of traditional Moroccan cuisine. The staff were very kind and helpful and gave us the best service. The hotel was located at a very ideal area where it's very easy to catch taxis to go nice places along with a beach opposite the hotel to go to by foot which takes 2 minutes. A very special thanks to Hamza who was always there to help us and assisted us places to visit and was a very nice,kind and friendly person to talk to and always welcomed us with a smile.He ensured we were treated nicely and made sure that we were enjoying our stay in the hotel and was very good communicating with us in English which was very useful. He made the hotel a very memorable place for me and my family. Many thanks to Abdullatif who was very jolly and showed us the traditional way of Moroccan dancing and was always useful. Ehsaan was a very lovely young lady to speak to and was always helpful with my family. Youssef was a very nice person who always assisted us with information we didn't know. A big thanks to Saadiya and Youssra who was very kind and thoughtful and always did a splendid job cleaning the rooms. Hossain was very kind and cheerful towards my kids and was very nice to talk to. Thank you to Madame Hourria who was very sweet and was always welcoming with a lovely smile on her face. They all treated us like family and we will definitely come back again to this beautiful hotel, which brought many memories. I would recommend this hotel 10 stars and it was very clean and well kept and spacious and the people were amazing!

I been visiting Morocco many times, this hotel is one of the best by far the location nice clean little hotel very very friendly helpful staff ,In my experience visiting agadir Morocco I will highly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay, Everyone was lovely. The staff at reception Yousuf & Resa were friendly, helpful and couldn't done enough for you. Rooms were clean and spacious and kids loved the space. Cleaning lady Aisha was so lovely and friendly. Seaview balcony. Breakfast was ok. Everything was close by to the hotel.

Vey's lovely family-friendly hotel staff were especially amazing and friendly. Room cleaning was superb as was the staff service from Abdellatif, Hossain-pool youssra-restaurant, hamza-receptionist, Aicha-restaurant, said-security, and Mohammed amine-receptionist who were super lovely and helpful. Beach was just around the corner and the room view was lovely.

I can say that the staff of the hotel is amazing and deserves 5 star alone I never seen such a staff helpful and friendly as i did in this hotel Now the cons 1- the checking time was so long, we had to wait more than 2 hours to get our room 2-breakfast is basic 3-as an appart hotel, the rooms doesn’t have kitchenette if you want to make a cup of coffee or tea just forget 4- sometimes is noisy in the hallway of the hotel 5- parking area is small The pros 1- Of course the staff very friendly and helpful always available to serve you immediately whatever you ask they bring it to you 2- Very close to the beach In overall despite some cons i still recommend you that hotel

I wanna just mention some cons and pros of that hotel Cons : 1-First of all the checking time was so long we had to wait more than 2 hours until we got our room 2- the pool is very small 3- rooms are worn out everything is old, remote control doesn’t work 4- noisy hotel at night due to nightclub in the ground floor 5-rooms doesn’t have kitchenette if you want to make coffee or tea or fry an egg just forget 6-Breakfast basic Pros 1-staff is cool and helpful 2-very close to the beach I don’t recommend that hotel
