I will get straight to the point. Location is great walking distance to beach. Apart from that everything else is horrible and the so called 4 star hotel is by far not a 4 star. I would give 1 star just for the location and view from balcony in room. The rooms are outdated and not to a reasonable standard with socket fixtures broken, cracks in the wall and floors with dust or marks that look like dust, not very appealing. The worst comes in the bathroom toilet area, what can I say, definitely 0 star for this. Please see my attached photos that I took. The toilet had a really bad smell coming from it, maybe the water not sure bur again not easy to use due to the smell. The towels were ripped, shower head and curtain rail had rust all over them. The hair dryer in the washroom was I don't know maybe a 1960s hair dryer that barely blew out hot hair. I could go on and on. It was a terrible stay that I had to cut short to 1 night and rebook another hotel. Even after asking reception about a different room to be moved into to give them the benefit of doubt, the response was all our rooms are like this. Going onto the breakfast which was included for the 1 night I stayed again was poor. The bread was stale so was most of the dry stuff and fruit which I guess was used each morning for breakfast without checking the quality of food. Only good part was the fresh omelets and type of morrocon bread (misimin) that was made by the women. The coffee machine has had its days not dispensing any coffee but just hot milk or water. So breakfast isn't worth it overall. I read mixed reviews before booking here with some saying it's actually not bad at all and they don't understand why people are leaving low score reviews, they are totally confused in my eyes because you have to understand that this hotel is advertising as a 4 star and to get a 1 star service is like being robbed. So I would advise anyone looking to boom this hotel to avoid it. There are plenty better hotels in same area for same price or less. It's time the owners pulled their socks up and had a total renovation. Not to mention the pool area and seating, the seating were dirty and outdated and worn. The swimming pool not in use with the water being cleaned out. Overall a waste of money and 1 night. Got my holiday off to a horrible start. I've tried to upload photos but for some reason it is not letting me. I will try and find a way to get these uploaded as it's only fair for customers to make a sound judgement on where they stay and not be robbed from a place like this which I felt I was and I wouldn't want some other couple, group or family to experience the same issues.

Average hotel but with a nice pool and good service

Ideally located near the bay of Agadir. Good value for money. Only downside: unheated pool and lack of soundproofing at the openings.

International style hotel featuring large interior spaces sumptuously furnished with comfortable leather sofas. Two lifts connect the 6 floors of large and comfortable rooms. Breakfast is American buffet style.

Very good staff made us feel so welcome especially lubna we will definitely come again and the bed was very comfortable. Lovely balcony view , lovely breakfast in the morning and the pool is wonderful with a nice view of the beach also it is affordable

Lovely family holiday, after reading some negative reviews on here I was slightly worried about coming here in March but didn’t have to worry at all! Me and family stayed here for a week and had no complaints at all, cleaners cleaned the room every day , staff was really friendly and helpful, breakfast good, really good location, 5 min to the beach and all the nearby restaurants etc , lovely hotel , and good size pool, no problem getting sunbeds at all, . Thank you for the lovely stay .

Lovely friendly staff, lovely pool, great location, very clean, BUT dilapidated hotel and not good breakfast. The staff were helpful and friendly. We went in jan and it was very quiet so nice to have almost exclusive access to the pool which was clean (pretty cold) but nice. The breakfast was inconsistent and rarely replensihed so by our last day the food was stale The photos of the hotel really need updating. The playground and playroom are not as pictured at all so bringing a small child it was disappointing to not have use of those facilities. This could actually be a lovely hotel if some updates to some of the facilities and improvements made to the breakfast. Agadir was lovely. It’s going through lots of development so by the look of it lots more public spaces coming.

I stayed in the hotel for one night( thanks it was just 1 night other wise I would not stay There another night) I booked it at the last minute as I needed somewhere to stay over night when I arrived I was not impressed at all, i was about to leave if it wasn’t late. The smell at reception and the floors is bad. The hotel looks uncleaned, chipped doors and walls , rust in bathroom. The pillows and the bed looks like they were not changed, I found a hair on the bed sheet. I had to cover the pillow with the towel so I could sleep. Moreover I could not sleep at night due to the noise from the traffic outside the hotel. Went to restaurant for breakfast. The buffet was very basic, doesn’t look cleaned, behind the buffet is dirty, console and furniture dirty and looks old too. I could smell a bad smell as well. I went to get coffee from the machine but the the milk doesn’t work and they just put hot milk in a flask. I couldn’t drink coffee, then I went to get Moroccan tea, but looks very red strange colour, I couldn’t drink it. Also there is one of the lights broken and hanging down from the ceiling, they might fell and hit someone. My son wanted to go for swimming, there’s 2 swimming pool( for kids) very dirty you. And the other one was ok but it’s too deep for kids, so we couldn’t use it. And I just left the hotel and I wouldn’t go back near that place. I had a chat with one of the chef cooking the omelette, he said the owners and the management don’t care about the hotel.

I will start to tell about the staff who is very kind and ready to help if you need but them resurse are limited.....about the hotel; nothing from what is said in the descriptions doesn't match with the reality....the 4 stars are not real, doesn't have the private beach, the furniture in the lobby, restaurant and rooms are old and damaged, the towels and sheets are dirty and old, smell bad, the clime is not working properly in rooms, bathroom defective and dirty, very much noise over the night because the glas door from the balcony is not closing properly ,food very poor, on the pool sun beds old and dirty, same the beach towels, for the beach is need it to pay extra for a sun bed and in many occasions I find it diferite prices for services if you are turist then are for locals what is unpleasant and outrageous. Over all I don't recommend if they don't improve the conditions for what they ask money and definitely I will not go back.

I wouldn’t say avoid but I would say be very very careful whilst booking this hotel. It is at your own expense. There is a lot of false information on their website that draws you in and when you arrive your shocked because there’s nothing as such. Check in was decent, there was a family of 11 but we had 4 different check ins to do. The person handling our check ins decided to do all 4 at once which then led to great confusion. Major problems with the rooms. 3 family members had to change their room twice, due to door handles on the bathroom being broken and not opening. No fridge. Beds not being together. There are NO double beds at all. My aunty and uncle experienced paranormal activities here at the hotel… and couple days later so did my grandparents. My family and I was all chilling in my grandparents room out of absolutely nowhere the bulb of the light breaks and the electricity cuts out the glass shattered everywhere. Was super scary. No such thing as live entertainment here. Food is very very basic. The bar almost seems closed all the time. You ask for something you get it 10 years later or even never. The only good thing I would say is it’s not much of a bad place to ONLY sleep. I would only use this hotel again if I know I’m coming here to fall asleep soon as I’m awake shower and I’m out of here. Just be very careful whilst booking.!!!

The hotel looks a lot better than the reality, it’s a bit of a tired 80’s kind of hotel that saw its heyday but is now falling into decline, definitely a contender for a redevelopment/upgrade. Had to do several room changes before we got a room similar to what we requested. Staff are friendly but not that efficient For me it was about the pool, it looks great but they don’t heat it so doing lengths in the morning is a Wim Hof like experience in 20 degree water, it’s okay but you just have to get used to cold stabs in the skin with every length - no one uses it. The buffet is much like you expect from buffets everywhere, it’ll feed you but wouldn’t recommend all inclusive. For the price it’s okay-ish just not somewhere that’ll impress.
