Lived in the superior room with terrace. The staff, so so friendly! The pools, so nice, very clean, close to the beautiful ocean. Overall amazing! Would definitely come back, Love Greece in every way. The food, history, and people. My son loved everything about the hotel :)

Traveling with www. Spies.dk Very hard beds. Very poor storage place, wasnt able to unpack our bags. The noisiest place i have been, few meters away from a VERY busy Road, a lot of buses stop there. The receptionist just told me to close The Door for The noice and put on The AC, so The balcony was no use. Nice pool area with friendly service. Not recomended.

Very very noisy, both day and night. Very busytraffic 24 hours, enjoyment park next to our room. When asking for another room, The receptionist suggested to close The idea. Good idea, but it didnt help. Very basic room. Nice pool area. Im looking forward to leaving

Me and a group of 17 people (5 kids) stayed here for a week. The staff and the family that owns this hotel were so friendly and so kind! We felt so welcome and at home. The location is great, you have a walking distance to everything you need (beach, supermarkets, restaurants, shops) Big and nice rooms with great balconys, the room had everything you need and were always very clean! I have a 1-year old and they put a very good bed/crib for my son in the room. The food and drinks in the bar was really good, especially the food (The beef stifado was 5/5!) There is nothing to complain about, I will definitly go back here and I already miss the staff and the hotel❤️ Thank you for this amazing week

The staff was polite, but spent a lot of time scrolling their phone and eating with their kids in the order/eating area by the pool (and by the guests). Almost feel like you are interrupting a private family meal. But overall good service. There was always room by the pool, which is nice. The childrens pool though is very deep for kids under 3 years. There was several things we were not happy with as staying there with our three kids though. The cleaning was only every second day, and there was no vacuum/broom or option what so ever to clean up the room ourselves. Crumbles and sand all over the floor. Thats with the garbage as well, only gathered when washing. Extremely tiny bins (two total, one in the kitchen and one bathroom) so we had to empty the trash several time a day ourselves. The bathroom handle was loose, the shower had loose tiles (one were even missing) and the toilet ring was full of marks. Would not recommend.

We stayed 1 week. Hotel is very clean and tidy, both the rooms and the pool area. The hotel also have their own car rental with food prices. The food has been excellent. Being a big fan of Greek salad, I had it for lunch every day and at the hotel restaurant served the best one👌.. overall I can highly recommend this hotel

Μόλις γυρίσαμε από τις διακοπές μας και δεν μπορώ να μην αναφέρω στο πόσο βοήθησε το ξενοδοχείο να περάσουμε τέλεια, καταρχήν το ξενοδοχείο είναι δίπλα στα πάντα (super market, ταβέρνες, παραλία),10 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο στα Χανιά !!! Η καθαριότητα σε όλο το ξενοδοχείο (δωμάτια, πισίνα, δρόμο, σκάλες) ήταν απίστευτη, δυνατό WI-FI παντού, τα παιδιά τρελάθηκαν με την πισίνα καθώς και με τα παιχνίδια που βρίσκονται δίπλα σε αυτήν ( τραπέζι πινγκ πονγκ κτλ.), τέλος οι ιδιοκτήτες του ξενοδοχείου ευγενέστατοι, χαμογελαστοί και ομιλητικοί, παρόλο που κάναμε λάθος παραγγελία στο πρωινό μας και το ένα παιδί δεν του άρεσε μας έφτιαξαν αυτό που ήθελε το παιδί και δεν χρέωσαν τίποτα. περάσ αμε ΤΕΛΕΙΑ και εννοείται ότι όταν ξανά βρεθώ Χανιά η μόνη μου επιλογή θα είναι ΤΟ BLUE SKY!!!
